We had an unforgettable experience aboard Orchid Cruises, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service—especially from Tim. From the moment we stepped on board, the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Traveling with 23-month-old twins can be challenging, but Tim and the crew made it feel effortless. They were incredibly attentive to Luke and Levi, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was helping us settle in during mealtimes, entertaining the boys with warm smiles, or just offering a helping hand when we needed it most, their kindness and professionalism stood out at every turn. Tim, in particular, was a true gem—gracious, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. He made our entire journey feel personal and stress-free. Orchid Cruises is a beautiful experience on its own, but the staff make it exceptional. We left with full hearts and lifelong memories. Thank you!
