First, I want to say that Baptiste was absolutely fantastic. He is genuinely one of the nicest people we've met, incredibly knowledgeable about Paris, and navigates the city with ease. He made the best of every situation, and this review is in no way a reflection of him. The problem was the vehicle itself. We booked this tour expecting the comfortable red tuk-tuk shown in the photos, complete with a roof for shade, padded seats, and a spacious interior. Instead, we were picked up in a very small, open golf cart with no roof, no protection from the blazing sun, and extremely cramped seating. My wife and I are both average-sized adults, yet we barely fit. The seats forced us to recline so far back that we were looking up at the sky rather than comfortably sitting upright and enjoying the sights. The metal bars around the cart also obstructed parts of our view. After riding over Paris's cobblestone streets for an extended period, our backs were sore for the rest of the day. Again, this is not Baptiste's fault. He was outstanding. The responsibility lies with the owner for advertising one type of vehicle while providing something completely different. If the tour is going to use these open golf carts, that should be made very clear before booking. The photos should accurately reflect the vehicle guests will actually ride in. Had we known we would be in a cramped, uncovered golf cart instead of the comfortable red tuk-tuk pictured online, we likely would have chosen another tour. If you're comfortable with a rougher ride, limited shade, tight seating, and an open cart, you may still enjoy the experience,especially with a guide like Baptiste. But if you're looking for a comfortable sightseeing tour, don't assume you'll be riding in the vehicle shown in the promotional photos. The experience itself was disappointing because of the misleading advertising, but Baptiste deserves five stars for his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of Paris.

Beautiful Palace and gardens, Claudia was an excellent and knowledgeable guide, I really enjoyed. Also Angelina the restaurant was amazing.
