Unfortunately we were disappointed with this tour. The summary said English speaking and everything included. Our tour was English & Mandarin, meaning we missed out on being informed of information as the previous point was being repeated in another language. Also, on the morning of the first day, we were given a bill for $300 (between 2 of us), which we had to pay in cash, for the extras. We had to pull this out on the spot and couldn’t pay by credit card. We also only stayed on the US side and missed so many opportunities on the Canadian side. We have been there before, on another tour, so we knew to look for things, but also know how much wasn’t included.
