- 遅延ポリシー: 船長は、運航を妨げずに待機することが可能かどうかを判断します。 決定は船長の独自の裁量に委ねられます。
- 欠席した場合の罰則: 大幅な遅延は「ノーショー」として扱われ、特に遅延が所要時間、安全性、または物流に影響を与える場合は、払い戻しなしで旅行がキャンセルされる可能性があります。
- 主な推奨事項: 問題を避けるため、予約した出発時刻の 15 分前に到着してください。
- 船長の選定プロセス、契約書への署名、ボート安全 ID（必要な場合）は、旅行前にオンラインで完了する必要があります。
