Our driver / guide, Muhammad, was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He knew the area and history well and gave tips on how to avoid tourist traps. Would hire him again in a second!

We had an amazing 2-day desert tour from Merzouga to Marrakech. Our driver was extremely fun, friendly, and made the long journey feel easy and enjoyable.

They picked us up at our hotel in Merzouga, and we went to a meeting point first, and the group that went directly to Marrakech changed vans, and the people on this tour were kind of riding straight on. Day 1 Todora Valley -> Lunch -> Carpet Shop -> Inn Day 2 Rose Products Sales in the Valley of the Roses → Ait Ben Hadu → Lunch → Marrakech (drop off around Qutbiya Mosque) (Atlas Studio was not included or dropped by) The driver and the guide who joined us along the way were very smooth and nice. Accommodations were really cute, with a pool and, as it was May, damask roses in the courtyard, which was nice, but there was absolutely nothing around and I never even went outside (the inn didn't show up on Googlemap) We had a lot of different tours, so maybe it was an inn for the tour. However, the food at the inn is so simple in seasoning that I personally thought salt and spices were essential. There were times when we would be late to pick up our first hotel for about an hour, or we would feel that the lunch restaurant we stopped at was priced for tourists, but it wasn't a big problem. Very few tours can take you to Marrakech while sightseeing from Merzouga (mostly from Marrakech or Fez to Merzouga), so I'm happy that I was able to join the tour as I planned!
