Did not take into account the language selected during booking

I had booked this cruise with a French-speaking guide, unfortunately we had an English-speaking guide during this cruise which made it very complicated for us to communicate and understand all the guide's explanations.

Thank you very much for booking the cruise with us !.
On our plattform we use english to set up our tour but they automatiically translating your the customer's language.
For example, you're from Janpan- the language will be translated to: japanese, you're from Spain- Spanish, Danmark- Dinnish.
We have to use the Google translate for your feedback for us .
We know that, your language- French is a lovely language but French speaking tour guide, they just guiding the big group and working in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city only.
So, we hope, after our explaintations, you can more understand us !

Paradise, rushed
Amazing location - Halong bay is gorgeous! "Highlight activities" one after the other, lovely staff, good boat, lovely night on the water :)
Yet you're on a timetable, often feeling rushed during the day, with underpaid staff & some trash floating around.
... Would suggest a longer cruise than 2 days (1 night), otherwise if you're transferring from eg Hanoi, you'll spend longer in transit than swimming/kayaking/cycling.

A lovely cruise, thoroughly recommended
A lovely cruise on Ha Long, a lot of included activities and a lot of fun. We enjoyed our spacious cabin, the scenery, the great food and the very nice staff. The boat was just the right size, and we had good travelling companions. The fish nibbling our feet experience was unexpected but great.
The only minor downside was the expensive booze on board, but we could see this was where the co. made its money. Bring your own discreetly if you fancy a beer in your cabin!

Perfect.
I was on a boat a little more luxurious than this one, with bathtub overlooking the bay, slides... The boat was very good. The food very good and hearty. The activities very nice, guide too. It was perfect.

Super go experience.
Although it rained a bit when we were going to ro kayaking it cleared up to sunshine and was a fantastic trip.
Cute and helpful staff and guide.
However, I wish that we also had a tie in the evening and saw the blue shining algae.
However, the water is not so pure due to the many boats and the corals are gray and dead.

Funny
The room is small and all made of wood. Looks pretty old. The difference is the employees who are sensational. They are extremely dedicated and always willing to help. The excursions off the boat are legal and the crew assistance as well. I really liked the Service.

Really great Cat Ba cruise experience
Had a really great time aboard! Our guide and staff were really friendly and helpfufl and always eager to make the stay enjoyable to the last. Food aboard was delicious and the activities were great fun and with some interesting facts about Vietnamese culture. The rooms were equipped with all necessities and had really big windows to enjoy the landscape. Also the group size was really comfortable as the boat wasn't too big.
