Mimos, our guide, is very accommodating and knowledgeable. He made sure we were comfortable through the car rides. He also takes really good pictures and knows the best spots. He has good food recommendations and knows the most efficient routes. We were always ahead of the big crowds and made our trip comfortable.
Experience 5 stars Mime a fantastic person we spent with him 3 days. Attentive and precise service. We've never felt alone. He accompanied us everywhere from the hotel to restaurants, bazaar, airport, etc. He gave us a lot of information about the history of Egypt, culture and many curiosities. I have never felt so comfortable in a foreign country. He has also dedicated himself to taking a lot of photos... and has also given us useful tips on which archaeological sites to enter or avoid! Recommended stra operator if you want to spend days in Egypt both alone and with your family, in total carefreeness and safety.
Satisfied with Franco 1st tour guide in our 1st day ,2nd day with Mimmo for 2 days & driver Essam very safe in driving us for 3 days Mimmo very accommodating, friendly We can recommend this team to our friends & colleagues. Thank you so much 💓 How to see you with our next tour here in Egypt 🇪🇬
The tour was amazing!! We saw so much! Mimmo was absolutely fantastic! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, kind and helpful. Will book him again!!
Our trip is just an amazing one. Initially we were scared to come to Egypt during this time of issues going on in Israel, however Massimo from Cleopetra Egypt Tours kept us assured about the safety in Egypt and encouraged us to make this trip happen. Upon arrival we have been awesomely taken care by the tour guide Mimmo and Franko. Sometimes Mimmo took extra steps to give us conform and care which is more than our expectation! Last but not least, Mimmo organised my birthday after seeing it in my passport and gave me huge surprise which is such a memorable one for me!
Everything smooth from the get go. Massimo patiently answered my inquiries and gave us very reasonable tour rates. Arrival was also a breeze, Mimmo our tour guide and Saeed our driver were there on time. They thought of everthing inclusing money exchange which is better than the bank and small bills for easy tipping. Mimmo was enthusiatic , knowledgable and goes of of his way for our requests. We almost cancelled our trip due to the mid east tensions but we are glad we pushed through as the Cleopatra touelrs team made our trip enjoyable and memorable. If you are thinking of booking them, do so. You will not regret it!
The company is very responsive via email and answers all the questions promptly. The guide Mimmo is amazing, very helpful and customizes the tours based on your requests. I had amazing two days with him and driver Said. Highly recommended if you're looking for great tour options and personal touch.
Booked through a friends recommendation.. was met at the hotel by Mimmo. Very professional and energetic and made me feel comfortable and was very honest! If you want to be yourself and don’t feel awkward, request him. I am over energetic and we had an amazing time. The knowledge he had and shared with me is top notch..I learned so much! There’s so much more I could write, but, I’ll stop And just say… if you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, wonderful adventure.. book here and just enjoy:)
The tour was grand, i learnt a sum of information that i was mesmerized about thanks to our guide. Our guide Mimmo was attentive, considerate, knowledgeable and charming. Thanks to him the tour was very very enjoyable and i was glad i came to witness the ancient history of Egypt.
