Worst guided tour ever! And not just me, the whole bus complained! They sent a girl who was supposed to be a guide who didn't know English- and the tour was booked in English - by all the people on the bus!! She didn't know a word to say about any location!!! She was even very rude and when I told her that all the guides talk and lead tours and she stands there like a statue, she told me - so you go and listen to other guides?!!! Is that the answer??? All the tours had excellent guides, except ours!! It was stated that we would have guided tours - we didn't, that we were provided with water - we weren't, and in the end they skipped one location that was planned in the tour - Bibiheybat!!! Don't book this agency!! And when I sent them a message after the tour that I was very dissapointed and that the tour was not good, they just apologized and cut off further communication!! They do not deserve a single star, but a -10 rating!!!!

The tour was simply fantastic! I visited so many great places and gained different cultural impressions. The combination of historical sites and breathtaking nature really impressed me.

Had a wonderful two days of going into a tour with SkyUp travel. Never seen anything like that: nature is awesome, so calm and beautiful. Lots of interesting places and sights. If you want to experience happiness - this is a must have tour!

Nature of Azerbaijan is amazing! It's a stunning country for tourism! The architecture, delicious national food, friendly and hospitable locals! We're glad that we chose this tourist company! The service is excellent, the tour coordinator was always in touch and very polite. The tour route was so good that we saw everything we wanted to see, there was nothing to complain about. It was a very informative and interesting trip!
