The food was far beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The entertainment team were brilliant. There was a wide selection of drinks to choose from.

Fun experience and food was food, there were a lot of people but they managed well. One suggestion: when the cruise passes a monument, it would be great to also announce so that people are aware and can see while they have dinner.

Beautiful experience. Buffet dinner with good variety it would have been good to have a drink menu on the table . The life music was good . The scenery was amazing with the building/bridges lite up.

A group of six ladies booked the Alingkar Cruise and took the ride on 1st May. Departed the Icon Siam at 7:30 pm and be seated as assigned by the usher. The filipino live music band entertained throughout the 2-hour trip. We passed by the iconic landmarks of Bangkok along the riverside such as Wat Arawun, Wat Emerald Buddha, the Royal Palace, the Asiatique and so on. The most exciting experience was to enjoy the colorful fireworks when the cruise turned around. The view was so astonishing that almost all passengers exclaimed “WOW” Only one weakness: the seating capacity on the deck was so tight that it’s so hard to reach the buffet display. Everyone had to push and moved the chairs to get food at the buffet counters. Personally I did not wish to enjoy food under this circumstances and hence I left the cruise with empty stomach. Recommended to display food at the empty lower deck and as such, passengers can enjoy both food and scenery while relaxing at the upper deck. Anyway, it’s a worthy ride, we could say!

Good views from the river of the sights of Bangkok but that’s where the good parts end unfortunately. The boat left late but finished early, and the welcome drink was only half full so not ideal. The buffet food was all cold and none of it was very good. However there was a lot of choice so at least that was something. The performance after the food was really poor and far too loud - ended up nicknaming the whole thing the Butlins Boat. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
Sorry for if any inconvenience caused, In this Chao phraya princess boat company is very famous in Bangkok and their service is very punctual, systematic and luxury. They are servicing since 2001 and now they are the leading cruise company in Bangkok. Every month we have more than 300 to 400 people booking for this cruise and all of them are satisfied and happy with this attraction. Food in this cruise are International and Thai buffet dinner, because people coming all around the world. Some dishes some people like and some people dislike that is common. In this cruise performances are Thai traditional, hope all of them can enjoy.
the buffet food is served cold and isn’t very tasty. the complimentary drink was only half full. it left late and finished early. I would say get dinner first and then a quick boat trip - avoid this!

I went on this dinner cruise on 4 January 2025. For the price of the ticket, I found the atmosphere,views and food on board quite pleasant.
