Dear customer, Thanks for sharing your thoughts — we're really glad you enjoyed the DJ, but we're sorry to hear the rest of the experience didn’t meet your expectations. We absolutely take your feedback seriously, especially regarding the upstairs bartender's attitude and the drink service. That’s not the kind of vibe we aim to create, and we truly apologize for the way that was handled. We'll definitely be speaking with the team to make sure this is addressed and improved moving forward. Regarding the drink mix – we understand that not everyone wants soda, and while the intention was to manage consumption fairly, we see how this could come across as inflexible. We'll review this internally and look at more balanced ways to handle it in the future. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we hope we can offer a better experience next time. Best, Boat Party crew
