Out of the many dolphin boat tours my family has done, this was the best one. Dale was amazing at getting us in the water with the dolphins, could not have asked for more

We had so much fun. Dale was a great guide he put us right on the dolphins. Some swam so close you could touch them. It was super cool seeing them so close definitely doing this again.

Enjoyed the trip. Guide had a great understanding of dolphens and we were able to experience several dolphin encounters.

Do not let the positive reviews fool you!!! Dale was kind of a bull tbh. No instruction at all until he was yelling at you to jump in if you were going to get in. The boat is old and the seats are damaged. No water was provided like described. Some of the life jackets didn’t work. It says shell island snorkeling is included, it’s not. The group with us asked if we snorkeling at shell island and he said he guessed we could stop for a few minutes. One lady needed to use the bathroom so he let her get off to go and then told us all to blame her for cutting into our snorkel time. We did see dolphins and get to jump in with them, but he’s all over the place yelling at you to jump in. When we did finally get to shell island to snorkel he told us to hurry and jump in. He dropped us off on the bay side and the current was rough. It was shallow water and he didn’t tell us to put lifejackets on just told us to hurry and jump in if we were going to snorkel. My husband and jumped in and the boat started rocking toward him. Everyone else got ready to jump in and then suddenly Dale yelled at my husband that he should have a life jacket on and got him back on the pontoon. At one point the front of the pontoon hit a wave and went under and flooded the pontoon. It was as definitely a sketchy tour that felt unsafe. A majority of our time was spent on him going miles out into the ocean. Yes we did see dolphins and got to get in twice, but it was not worth feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.

Dale did a wonderful job of getting us quite close to the dolphins, and there was no shortage while nearby our spot. However, the snorkel situation was poor and unstructured. Equipment was not clean or well upkept. This experience is very dependent on the group you are with if you are not the majority. We did infact stay on the water over the projected 2 hour wth time which we did appreciate from the late start.

Dale was super cool and chill vibe. Boat was broken and beat up pretty bad . Engine kept stalling , instrument cluster gauges didn’t work. When we got to the dolphin spot it was very rushed. There was no prep about what to do or expect prior so instructions to us where hurry quick go!!!! Was difficult to enjoy . Time in water with dolphins was rushed as well jump in get back in boat ! When purchasing tickets the add said we’d be dropped off at shell island to explore sea life and shell hunt . There was none of that for us . we asked if we were goin to shell island & he responded something like we can for a couple minuets . Still fun but could have been better

It was a great trip. Captain Dale was funny. We got to swim with dolphins and play at Shell Island for a little bit. My kids had a blast as this was their first time here in Florida.

Capt. DALE was amazing, put us right on the Dolphins and other sealife, it was a pleasurable ride, he was very knowledgeable and accommodating, he didn't have a problem with our service dog joining us. Will definitely recommend his trip to others,

Dale was amazing!! We swam with so many dolphins and saw other wildlife! My husband had a dolphin swim right next to him, side by side. Before you go, please practice your left and rights because I struggled😂 AND KEEP YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE WATER SO YOU CAN HEAR DALE TELL YOU WHERE THE DOLPHINS ARE… AND DONT JUMP OFF THE BOAT UNTIL HE TELLS YOU TOO. Me and my husband had an amazing time in the Gulf of Mexico!🇲🇽 (Also say no to shell island so you have more time with dolphins. That’s what we did and we saw so many)
