I explained to the captain that my wife had a disability. They changed our pickup point which we managed to maneuver. It was a beautiful day and Kate our first mate was amazing. However, on the ride back the captain (Nico?) was driving the boat at a very high speed with wakes creating a very bumpy ride for my wife. I asked him to slow down as my wife was in pain. He reacted in an angry, aggressive fashion which created a very uncomfortable confrontation for me who was simply trying to protect my wife's medical condition. We weren't asking for anything other than slowing down a bit. His concern was not about our safety but instead retaliating with more agressive behavior. He was so rude. Kate was very tearful and apologized profusely. Isabella, the owner, offered no apologies or really anything of substance. Customer service nor safety is clearly not their emphasis. Would not recommend them at all. This coming from someone who has visited Italy multiple times and rented boats on multiple occasions. Fine if everything goes well, but don't expect any accommodations.

An unforgettable experience!
Our boat trip was the best activity on our whole vacation. Seeing the grottos and even going into some blew our minds. Nico was a very skilled captain and even with some wavy conditions, he made it a smooth ride. It was not quite busy season so we had no other boats around us so we loved that. But highly recommend being able to see Polignano a Mare from the water.

A great afternoon activity. Nico the skipper was very professional and a great handler of the powerful Invictus boat. They also tailored the drinks and had good snacks while we laid anchor and took a swim

Fun and worth the private cost
This was a great experience and a welcome getaway from the cruise that ported in Bari. It was Saturday and the locals were out enjoying their weekend. I would have loved to see a cave we couldn’t because of traffic but it was fun. Skylar was perfect and sweet, she and Nico were nice and professional.

Amazing boat tour!
This was incredible, great spots, beautiful scenery, knowledgeable tour guide. Amazing value for money - there was 9 of us! Little bumpy as quite windy on this day but didn’t ruin the day - great swimming spot. Can bring extra wine if you would like too. Good vibes all round!

it was a beautiful smooth ride. The captain Was excellent during the boats into multiple small caves with beautiful walls of different colors
