The four wheeling is great and the restaurant there is very very good. The process of talking with anyone after you booked it was impossible. No one answered the phone and no one called us back. It’s in a remote area and cell phones may not give you great directions. There’s also some confusion between the name of the place, which is the lakes and the experience which is four wheeling. The staff are very nice. They just don’t communicate very much. Our tour started a little late and that’s OK if someone’s telling you going to be a little late but again no communication even though they were really nice people.
This was a low key ATV tour. My husband and I booked the tour to drive the vehicle in the mountains. We have done tours in the Caribbean and rented ATVs at the coast. Imagine our dissatisfaction when we were told that we would be riding with the guide. He explained they only had 4 vehicles. After some negotiations our guide worked it out so we had our own vehicle. Kudos to him!
It was fun and we got to see a beautiful waterfall. It would have been better if there was more trail riding.
For me it was perfect and awesome, my kids wanted to go more off road, but that’s young adults!
Beautiful ride through the woods. The weather was great and the views were spectacular. The stop at the waterfall was a highlight for us. Cole was our guide and he was willing to answer any questions we had.
