ワインの専門家が案内する、地元の 2 つのブドウ園 / 農場とそのセラーを巡る少人数限定グループまたはプライベート ワイン ツアーに参加して、ブドウ園からブートルまで、ワイン製造のすべてのプロセスについて学びましょう。各ブドウ園で 3 種類のワインのテイスティングを楽しみながら、ワインのフレーバーやデグスタットの方法について学びます。

ポルティマンとアルヴォルの北国境エリアに位置しています。私たちがブドウ畑にいるときの景色を支配するモンシケの大きな山で、この大きなプロパティにはコルクの木、小麦畑、オレンジの木の成長するエリアもあります。 1865年以来の家族と長い間ブドウの生産者であったこの農場は、1999年に近代的なワイナリーを建設し、アルガルヴェで最初に認定された原産地指定ワインを生産しました。遊歩道では、店やオーク樽でこの家族の土地の伝統を見ることができます。
すでにシルベス郡にある北ポルティマンに位置しています。モンシケ山脈の始まりに位置する、この地域で最も北に位置する独占的なワイン農場の生産です。ボルドーで出会ったポルトガル系フランス人夫婦が所有し、ワインの影響を受けて生まれ育った。彼らは世紀の初めにこの地域に移り、このプロジェクトをゼロから始めました。 Odelouca River Vlleyの斜面に、彼らはブドウ畑を植え、小規模ながら設備の整ったワイナリーを建設しました。ワイナリーには試飲室、樽室、実験室もあります。

It was a nice afternoon with interesting information about the two wineries and a very sympathetic guide. Overall, however, I find the tour too expensive, there were 3 very short-priced wines to taste each and the small tapas plates we had to pay extra with 15 € per person. Last year I booked a wine tasting directly at a winery nearby, 4 wines and tapas for 25 €. There was even restocking on request.

Regarding your comparation of price, I accept your opinion, just have to add a note to say that It is asked 15€/person for Tapas at 2 different wineries, what means 7,5€ at each. My experience is a tour of two wineries, not provided directly by the winery, I'm a tour operator, with a dedicated guide, transportation and that in this case was reserved trough an online platofrm (Tripadvisor/Viator). This is an excellent tour. The owner Fabio led our tour. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the vineyards and wine making process. He explained the wines we tasted in a way that was easy to understand. A must do tour.
