Crackly head phones, so couldn’t really hear the walking guide half the time. If you did it wasn’t very loud
Long winded
Most of the time you’re walking around the old town and not actually in the cathedral
Overall okay for something to do, and if you’re interested in history.

We’re sorry, however, that the audio equipment made it difficult to follow the guide properly. Being able to hear the explanations clearly is essential on a walking tour, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will take it into account when reviewing the equipment used.
The tour is planned to dedicate a similar amount of time to the guided walk through Palma’s historic centre and to the visit inside the Cathedral. We therefore appreciate your comment that the walking part felt considerably longer, as it helps us understand how the timing of the experience can be perceived in practice.

Initially, the meeting was at 8:00 AM in front of the hotel; he arrived at 8:10, not in front of the hotel as the excursion coordinator indicated.
The cathedral guide, Esteban, was super nice.
As for the departure guide, JAIME, it was pitiful; on the return, we had a meeting at 4:30 PM, and I waited for him since 4:15 PM in front of the cathedral, but he never showed up. I had to contact CITYEXPERIENCE; the customer service representative informed me that they did not wait for me. This is unacceptable.

Great visit to the Palma Cathedral.
A very beautiful experience; our guide, I’m sorry I don’t remember the name, was excellent and explained everything very well during the entire visit to the cathedral, and especially had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend going there.

Very favorable experience, the biggest historical facts were explained to us very well from the guide Ivan with his professionalism and beautiful humor. Only happiness and thanks also to Marga Mas who guided us well and directed us because there were many participants.

Every € too much!
Poorly organized at the starting point, 44 participants for the tour, Spanish guide with a less than ideal voice, no technical aids, didn't understand anything. We (and others) ran away in the cathedral. Absolutely not recommended.
