Every pick up was on time, car was good and both guide & driver was very caring.The guide Lim Bunthang is very knowledgeable and helpful person which made our tour a memorable one . Communication with the tour authority ( Journey Combodia) was prompt and helpful.

Journey Cambodia is dialed in to the expectations of tourists , especially speaking as Euro / American woman traveling solo to Cambodia. I was met at the airport and from they completely took care of me. Everything from the hotel to the driver and tour guide to the local chefs and the experience at Angkor Wot was just amazing. My tour guide Sak was so knowledgeable, professional, and a true GEM of a person to spend 2 days with learning all about the Angkor & Khmer history . I learned so much from him and there was literally no question he could not answer! I would recommend requesting Sak if you are truly interested in archeology, local history, and the best photography angles within the sites. He knew exactly how to get me to the sunrise spot before anyone else and I was so lucky that he was my guide to have the best experience. I had a lovely sunset experience in the rice fields and participated in a cooking class with Tevi and Mr. Bo. I recommend to choose the sunset cooking experience over the restaurant option in Siam Reap. It is so peaceful and the food was amazing. I also really enjoyed the dance performance at the cultural dinner. Journey Cambodia really is a great option and offers so much value for the price.

Pal was great. Showed up on time, sent along relevant background information for Angkor Wat in advance, and guided us competently through multiple temples. He also knew all the “must-have” photo opportunities along the way and took pics for us all. Our driver kept us safe and comfortable with cold water, and heaven-sent cold wash clothes to cool down between stops—a real blessing as Cambodia is hot and humid. Highly recommended!

We were a family of 4 at the low season. Our guide was named Chhay. We enjoyed very much our tour and would suggest it without hesitation. Although we visited many temples, which may be tiring for some, we felt that enough time was given to every temple visited. We were never rushed but the pace was kept in an excellent way. Of course do not expect to have seen everything, or know everything about the temples, given the fact that the Khmer history involves many changes of the capital cities, of the dominant religions and kings with difficult names, but it was a nice introduction to the topic. Buying a very nice book, our tour guide suggested, filled the gaps. Our tour guide not only talked about the places we visited, but also gave us a hint about life in Cambodia and its recent history he himself had witnessed. Nobody of us felt overwhelmed, or too tired or neglected. Of course keep in mind that it was a rather small group we had (our family of 4 persons and another 2 persons each day), and I suspect that the groups might be larger in high season. The temperature was high but the advice of our tour guide, the water and umbrellas provided, the air-condition at the bus and the well planned itinerary helped a lot. All in all, we think it is one of the best tours we have had ever.

We were very satisfied with the tour and would highly recommend the 2-day experience to anyone visiting Cambodia. The group size was very comfortable, which made the tour enjoyable and personal. We had a great time on both days, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. On the first day, our guide Bun was incredibly friendly and took great care of the whole “family.” He created a welcoming atmosphere and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. On the second day, we were guided by Sopheap Rath. In addition to explaining the sights, he gave us many valuable insights into everyday life in Cambodia, which made the experience even more interesting and memorable. A fantastic 2 day tour of the temples of Angkor (sunset and sunrise) with Sak (guide) and Naroo (driver). Sak is a very informative guide. He knows thoroughly the history of the temples. He has a great sense of humour too and is good company. Naroo is always on hand with a cold bottle of water and a cold towel which is very welcome in the heat. There was the added bonus of trip to the Landmine museum which gives tourists a real insight into the Cambodia’s recent turbulent past. The view of Angkor Wat temple as the sun rises early in the morning is an experience which you will remember for ever. This tour is highly recommended and is also very good value for money.

I found Journey Cambodia through recommendations here, and was not disappointed. I arranged airport transfers and a 2-day private temple tour. From my pre-booking questions to make tour decisions, through their proactive double-check of my flight details the day before, to on-the-day execution, everything was smooth. Drivers/guide arrived early on all occasions. My guide (Mr. Sok) was excellent—not just knowledgeable, but passionate about his country, culture, and history. Also, readily honored my request for a little time on my own at some sites for some more detailed photography. And he cheerfully fielded my constant stream of questions! A great partner in learning the complex history of this remarkable part of the world. Drivers were wonderfully attentive with water and towels at every stop. Good value too (almost everything in Siem Reap was quite economically priced, though visiting in low season may have helped). Highly recommended.
