An unforgettable 3-day safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater! This was a truly magical experience that I will cherish forever, all thanks to Avocet agency and especially our incredible guide, Bakaris.Bakaris was the heart of our trip. He was extremely professional, outgoing, and funny, keeping the whole team entertained. His vast knowledge of the animals, national park history, and the importance of conservation was deeply impressive. He also worked relentlessly to find rare wildlife. A Chinese traveler in our group had missed seeing a leopard on a previous safari, so Bakaris made it his personal mission to find one for us—and he succeeded!Even when we had a flat tire on the first day, Bakaris handled it perfectly. He changed the tire fast and efficiently, making us feel completely safe the entire time.The food was another highlight. It was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious local dishes served for lunch and dinner. Having lunch in the middle of the Serengeti under an old Acacia tree is a memory that will stay with me forever.I highly recommend Avocet and Bakaris for an exceptional safari adventure! The safari was incredible and unforgettable, especially thanks to the expertise and friendliness of the guide Mike! The two nights of camping were a truly authentic experience, very close to the animals. I was a solo traveler, so I joined a group for the safari, and it went very well!

I did my safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Bacari as my guide and it was truly unforgettable. He’s incredibly friendly, always smiling, and makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. He’s also extremely knowledgeable, he knows everything about the animals, their behavior, and the ecosystem, and explains it in such an engaging and easy way. Thanks to him, I didn’t just see the wildlife, I really understood it. I was traveling alone, but I met amazing people along the way, the kind of travel companions you carry with you long after the trip ends. Everything was perfectly organized and I always felt safe. The food was also amazing, delicious, varied, and way above expectations for a safari experience. Bacari is truly passionate about what he does, and it shows in every detail. If you’re planning a safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro, I can’t recommend him enough.

An experience that left us speechless, we were lucky to see all the animals. Very kind and nice guide, even the chef always operating to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Although I was on my own, the tour was a truly wonderful trip with great support, sophisticated plans and great groupmates from the time of booking. Our guide Fidelis and the chef were very experienced and in three days we were able to meet literally all the wildlife. The guide was a really nice nice guy and I will always remember him, including the last day when we met again at the Arusha club and toasted together. Thank you very much. The safari tour through the Serengeti and Ngorogoro national parks was by far the highlight of my trip to Tanzania this summer. Mike, our driver, was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting; he was knowledgeable and kind, with a fantastic sense of humour and brilliant skills, both in and out of the car! He made us feel comfortable whilst getting us the prime spots to see the animals, taking every care possible to accommodate our wishes. The lodgings were very comfortable, getting us into the safari feel, and the food cooked on-site by our chef was first class; a real taste of Tanzania. It’s difficult to put into words, but I really cannot recommend the tour, and Mike, enough to you if you are looking for something really special to make memories in Tanzania!

The best experience of my life. The park and the crater are beautiful places, animals by the thousands! Zebras, lion, wildebeest, giraffes, hippo, everything was there! We saw the big five! All thanks to our amazing guide Mike! Generous, attentive, funny, always checking that we are satisfied and explaining millions of things! Thank you for the adventure and experience.

My guide Johnas was absolutely outstanding! I was extremely impressed with his wide knowledge of all the animals, including birds! He was able to answer all my questions about the various birds and knew the names of all of them. He knew all the right places to take us and was very aware of timings. Sometimes we had to leave a certain sighting such as a group of elephants quickly but it was in order to allow enough time to see other animals! Ngora gora was absolutely stunning! We stopped off for lunch a a specific lunch spot with picnic benches, there was even a coffee van there that took card payments. A cappuccino was 12 000 shillings. The camp site was just fine, tents were quite spacious, I could even stand up in it! This really was a brilliant experience, I feel so lucky to have been on safari and have Johnas as my guide.
