Amazing trip. We got to see the beautiful Tumpak Sewu waterfalls, mount Ijen and mount Bromo which are all amazing with exceptional views. Everything was included during the whole trip we didn’t have to plan anything (food, hikes, equipments, travel, hotels…). This allows us to fully rest as some hikes are very early in the morning (wake up at 1am for Ijen and 3am for Bromo), but it’s of course all worth it. Our guide was Dino, who was extremely kind and helpful. He was able to answers all our questions during the trip, and allowed us to hike at our own hikes. And he took a lot of beautiful pictures of us! 100% recommend, but plan a whole day off after the trip because you will be exhausted from these early wakes and hikes.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with our tour guide, Ari! From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, friendly, funny, and professional. He shared so much interesting information with us and always made sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment of the trip. What really made Ari stand out was his incredible patience and willingness to help. Some of the hikes were quite challenging for my wife, but Ari was always there to support and encourage her. He took his time, helped whenever she needed it, and made sure she never felt pressured. Honestly, it was thanks to Ari that we were able to complete the more difficult hikes and see everything we had hoped to see. One of our favorite moments was at the viewpoint overlooking Mount Bromo. Ari found us a truly beautiful and peaceful spot where we could enjoy the incredible scenery. He even brought a picnic blanket and warm tea for us, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Sitting there together, enjoying the view with a warm cup of tea, made the whole experience feel truly magical and unforgettable. And we absolutely have to mention that Ari is also a fantastic photographer! He took so many beautiful photos of us throughout the trip, capturing moments that we will treasure forever. Thanks to him, we didn’t just experience these incredible places — we also have amazing memories and photos to take home with us. Ari went far beyond what we could have expected from a tour guide. His kindness, humor, patience, knowledge, and genuine care made our entire trip so special. We will remember this experience for the rest of our lives. Had the best time in our trip to Eastern Java in mid August. Our tour guide Yogi was excellent : knowledagble, funny and always on time. Our driver Gufron also took good care of us. Seeing Ijen, Tumpak Sewu and Bromo were all amazing.

The tour was great, it's a wonderful way to visit Java's nature. Our guide Faruk was simply the best, very kind and supportive also to help us with logistic aspects external to our trip. Also the driver Faid was the top! They tailor made the trip on our needs. Great hotels also, clean and fancy!

We did the 3-day/2-night tour with Andre and had an unforgettable adventure. From the pickup in Ubud to the transfer to the airport in Surabaya, everything was perfectly organized and absolutely punctual. Our tour guide Andre was super friendly, competent, and made the tour something special with his relaxed manner. He provided a lot of input and also answered many other questions we had about Indonesia. He also took beautiful photos of us, so we could simply enjoy the moments. We can't recommend this tour highly enough! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Ubud until the end of our journey through Surabaya, East Java, everything was perfectly organised. Our driver, Azis was outstanding…making the long drive comfortable, efficient and, most importantly, incredibly safe. We always felt completely at ease. The local Javanese lunch stop was a real highlight. It wasn't a tourist restaurant but an authentic local place with delicious food that gave us a true taste of Java. We were also amazed by our hotel in Banyuwangi. It far exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place to relax before our early morning trek to Mount Ijen. Watching the sunrise over Ijen and seeing the stunning turquoise crater lake was an unforgettable experience. We were lucky with perfect weather, making it even more spectacular. The following day we travelled to Mount Bromo. Although it was busier with tourists, the experience was incredible. The early start was absolutely worth it—first witnessing the volcanic activity before heading to the viewpoint overlooking the vast caldera and surrounding volcanoes. It was one of the most breathtaking landscapes we've ever seen. What really made this trip exceptional was our guide, Anam. His English was excellent, his knowledge of the region, history and volcanoes was outstanding, and he always made us feel safe on every walk and trek. Nothing was too much trouble, and his passion for sharing his country really shone through. Together, Anam and driver, Azis made a fantastic team. Professional, friendly, organised and genuinely caring, they turned an amazing itinerary into an unforgettable experience. If you're thinking about visiting Ijen and Bromo, don't hesitate. We would book with them again in a heartbeat.

We chose the Ijen Volcano and Mount Bromo tour from Bali to Surabaya (3D/2N), and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly organized and planned down to the smallest detail. Communication with the organizer was smooth and quick from start to finish. Our guide, Albert, was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. These were three amazing days, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Indonesia!

We had two very enthusiastic, humorous, and attentive companions! The driver, Rico, brought us safely and quickly to our destinations in very comfortable vehicles. The tour guide, Yogi, accompanied us in an uncomplicated and courteous manner, so that we were able to discover East Java to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend both of them and are very satisfied with the offer.

It was an unforgettable adventure. We didn't have to worry about anything from the pickup at the start of the trip to the drop-off at our desired hotel after the journey. We were driven in a nice, clean, and spacious SUV and felt safe in the vehicle at all times. Water was also provided, and if you wanted, you could also listen to music. Our guide was not only able to take professional photos but also showed us exclusive spots where there were hardly any people for shots that not everyone has. Our guide was Nana, and in him, we had not only a super competent and great guide but a real friend. For anyone who doesn't just want to stay in the hotel while on vacation, I can recommend this trip.
