The Sacred Valley was amazing and of course Machu Pichu the highlight. What more can I say I think that is enough

The night before I had a meeting with a representative from the tour agency. She provided me with 5 entry/transportation tickets. The next day, my tour guide picked me up on time and we went to the Sacred Valley. After stopping to take some photos along the way we visited the Inca ruins of Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Both of these ruins were spectacular and my guide was very knowledgeable. The guide dropped me at the train station and I took the train to Machu Picchu Town where I was met by a representative from the hotel that the tour agency booked me. I had another meeting with a representative from day two's tour agency that would be taking me to Machu Picchu. The next day I walked to the Plaza de Armas and met my guide. After a short bus ride, my guide Richard took us on a wonderful tour of Machu Picchu. He was patient and let us take tons of photos and answered all our questions. Then it was back to the train. When I arrived at Ollantaytambo Station, a driver was there waiting for me. The only unfortunate event was that a bus hit his car on the way back to Cusco. It only caused minor damage but it did set me back over an hour. I felt bad for the driver but I believe it was his personal car. The best part of this tour was that I had the WhatsApp number of a member of the tour agency. She answered any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend this tour agency. Just know, that they simply organize the tours and I do not believe I toured with their company specifically. There were many members on the tours that did not purchase this package.

Enjoyed my time at Peru. Everything is taken care of. I have different guides and people in the tour group for day1 and day2, which is very common in a lot of touristic arrangement around the world. The service was very good.

Could not recommend Michael and CrossoverPeru more! We had an amazing time trekking around Machu Picchu and up to the Sun Gate. Michael was a very informative and patient guide and totally made the experience great for us. Best of all, I proposed to my girlfriend up there and he helped keep the secret and photographed it all! A++ experience.

WOW! So glad my wife and I spent our money and time on this tour. Juan Carlos met us at our hotel the night before to review all the details, time and required documents for the next couple days. Day 1 - Sacred Valley with 5 other couples jn a comfortable bus: Pisaq and Ollantaytambo were AMAZING. Just mind-blowing that they were able to build these terraces and buildings in the sides of the mountains. The train ride through the mountains along the Sacred River to Aguas Calientes was beautiful. Day 2 - Juan Carlos picked my wife and I up at our hotel in the morning for a private tour of Machu Picchu that I will always remember — it was breath-taking. Juan Carlos’ insights and history helped bring the tour to life and it was so nice to have that personal attention and interaction. Juan Carlos had lunch with us and saw safely onto the train back to Ollantaytambo where they car a car waiting for us. If we could give a higher rating than 5 out of 5 we would. Strongly recommend this tour AND this company.

A tour that left on time, which is very good. The first day guide (Flower) excellent, with a lot of knowledge of each place we saw.The hot water train left on time, the hotel person was waiting for us upon arrival we did not have to wait. As for Machupicchu and Huayna Picchu, amazing place, climbing the mountain costs a little but gradually it is possible. As for our guide Michel excellent considered going at our pace and you rating that he has a lot of knowledge of the place. Plus he encouraged us to go upstairs. Negative things to mention the first day halfway through the tour to lunch in a buffet place if you do not want to eat there you must stay outside waiting there are no more options. Besides the tour was in English nobody had ever told us about this. With regard to the hot water hotel we were touched by a room under the dining room, at five in the morning noises of chairs and plates began to be heard which made us not able to rest well.

Before booking the tour, they are very patient in explaining to me the itinerary. The evening before the tour, my tour guide Kevin came to my hotel to give me a briefing and tickets, hassle-free! The first day was a small group tour from Cusco to Pisaq and then finally arriving at Ollantaytambo then take the train to Agua Calientes where I spent a night there. The 2nd day was definitely the highlight!!!! Kevin was my private tour guide, 1-2-1. We took the early bus to arrive at Machu Picchu and Kevin brought me to the Sun Gate. He was not only a great tour guide, but also a good photographer. I have so many good photos now! Thanks to Kevin who knows how to avoid the crowd and find good views for photos. The tour was not cheap but the train tickets are expensive already. And it's definitely worthy to have a private tour guide to go to Machu Picchu.

Yaritza was excellent. She met us in Cusco to explain what to expect going up the mountain. She checked on us the night before to make sure we were set. The morning of the climb we met early and she negotiated us through the bus ride. We had a great climb to the top learning the key points on history, nature and people. That along with her company and the magnificent pictures made it all unforgettable. She will be our guide next time, our friends too. Many Thanks!!!
