I had an excellent experience with this tour company. Hisham and his team did everything that they could to make the trip an unforgettable trip for us. The itinerary was well organized, transportation was comfortable, and everything ran on time. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip both informative and enjoyable. We visited all the highlights while still having enough free time to explore on our own. Communication before and during the tour was clear, and the staff was always helpful. We had an excellent experience with Jordanian Mappers. Very professional and with excellent communication. Murad our driver for the trip was awesome, Samy the guide in Petra was exceptional. We were going to have two days in Jordan so I had looked at multiple options for cars, guides etc. We ended up with Jordanian Mappers based on TA reviews. Have no regrets. They were excellent. Only one small ding - the car they provided us with for our drive to Petra/Wadi Rum/Dead Sea was slightly dirty - we provided this feedback to them. The airport pickup and dropoff car was spotless. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Efficient, on time, and friendly. Hisham organized each element, well organized to maximize the short amount of time. And covers the entirety of Jordan. He took us from Dead Sea to Kerak to Petra to Wadi Rum to Aqaba.
