「野生の劇場」 真っ赤な象がヤシの木陰のガラナ川の真夜中の青い水で互いにうねり、転がり、吹き付けている光景は、アフリカで最も刺激的なイメージの1つです。これは、世界で最も長い溶岩流である300キロメートルの長さのヤッタ高原とともに、ツァボ東の他の地域とは異なる冒険を可能にします。この公園はケニアで最大の保護地域を形成しており、ほとんどの大型哺乳類、広大なほこりの群れ、赤ゾウ、サイ、バッファロー、ライオン、ヒョウ、カバのポッド、ワニ、ウォーターバック、小クーズー、ゲレヌク、多産種が生息しています。鳥の生活には500種の記録された種があります。

We stayed here for 1 night during a safari. The staff is pleasantly friendly and helpful. Food lunch, dinner and breakfast were fine. We had two connecting rooms right by the waterhole. Rooms were clean and had care products, as well as mosquito nets and spray. Even flashlights for a night walk along the fence of the complex were in every room. The only minus, the pool was very fresh. Nevertheless, I would not give a point of deduction for this.
Just came to this lodge for lunch. Lovely spot in east Tsavo with lots of shade and a small swimming pool. Nice views over the park and several elephants close by. Staff delightful and welcoming but the restaurant is rather stuck in a time warp of the 1970’s. Plentiful food but of the heavy broccoli soup with croutons variety and rather dull salad and various Indian selections. Don’t get me wrong it’s fine but not exceptional, I think it probably caters more for bus trippers than individual visitors. I do stress though that the staff were great and friendly and it’s a good spot for a short stopover.
