アテネ発2日間のツアーで、ギリシャで最も重要なユネスコ世界遺産、デルフィとメテオラを訪れます。 この共有体験は、古代ギリシャの最も重要な考古学的遺跡の1つと、この国の最も重要な宗教的なランドマークの1つを、限られた時間内で組み合わせる便利な方法を提供します。 中央ギリシャを通り、途中歴史的な町や風光明媚な風景を通り、デルフィへ向かいます。考古学遺跡を探索し、古代オラクルについて学びます。 訪問後、カランバカへ一泊します。 メテオラでは、息を呑むような岩の造形を眺めたり、崖の上に高く建てられた2つの歴史的なビザンチン様式の修道院を訪れたりすることができます。 アテネに戻ったら、テルモピュライに立ち寄ってレオニダス王の記念碑を見ましょう。 対象距離の関係で、コーチによる移動時間が長くなるペースの速い旅程で、2日以内に複数の象徴的な目的地を体験できます。

We did this tour as a family of 4 with one teenager and one 10 year old. It was fantastic value for the price of the tour. It included 2 meals, 1 hotel night stay, and all entrance tickets. The places we visited were spectacular and beyond expectations. The tour guides were helpful and very communicative. There is js definitely a lot of driving, so be prepared for that. I'd highly this tour!

If you already "know" the islands, do this 2 days tour. A road with mustard blossomed by the mountains, know where the Greeks enjoy the winter, see the top of the Parnassus with snow, even in the spring. We made Meteora with Dimitra, a great, friendly and relaxed guide (GO Tours). The monasteries are an act of faith by construction itself.

Overall our tour was topnotch. For the Delphi leg, Cristina provided good commentaries and historical background about the temple. While for the Meteora segment, Dora also gave informative narratives on the history, life and culture about the monasteries' nuns.

The communication from the operators was excellent, the bus driver and tour guide were also wonderful and knowledgeable and very patient. The three star hotel option would probably be a two star in any other place in Europe. Paper thin walls, the coffee at breakfast was awful, and we had school groups in the same hotel who were making noise all night and knocking on doors of other visitors to cause trouble. I'm guessing the school groups stayed there because it was the cheapest option. The staff at the hotel were amazing and it was clean, but we expected much better facilities given how much the cost and reputation of the tour operator.

We are really delighted because we understand that you are totally satisfied from the core parts of the tour, such as : the communication and organization from the tour operator, the bus driver and tour guide (wonderful, knowledgeable and very patient) and the staff of the hotel and its cleanliness. The places that we visit and the relative attractions such Delphi and Meteora, are worldwide prestigious monuments which bare great historical heritage. Its importance is even tot in schools all around the world in order to «see» the books in real life. As result of this many school groups visiting the area and sometimes its inevitable to not meet such groups, since occasionaly happens to have a lot of them at the same time in the area. The visits to Adelphi and Meteora were definitely worth it but the travel time to and from was a bit much. More time spent on the bus than visiting the sites. The guide was great. Hotel accommodations and meals were very good

Easy and less rushed way to visit Delphi and Meteora. Decent amount of stops along the way to use the bathroom and stretch your legs. Our guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Definitely worth choosing the 4-star hotel option. I was happy to be at the Amalia Hotel. It was a really nice hotel and seemed to be a lot better than the hotels that others in our group were placed.

Delphi and Meteora are really spectacular. The monasteries of Meteora are particularly breaktaking, the art, the architecture, the geography of the hills. There’s a few tips and tricks that would be helpful - Delphi especially was very cold, it actually snowed while we were there. Meteora has a dress code, we knew that but it seemed a lot of people on the tour had no idea. Our biggest issue was that the bus was too cramped for my 6’3” husband. He was uncomfortable the whole time in the bus, but the rest of the trip was great.

If you have the time you should do this excursion. The drive from Athens has it all. Beautiful mountains, farmland etc. it’s a great way to see the countryside. Delphi is beautiful and majestic. Meteora is other worldly, so interesting! I highly recommend this trip!
