Excelente service and communication. My parents in law and my mom were able to enjoy de tour and the walking part was amazing. The guide very attentive and knowledgeable. I could say I knew pretty much all Madrid thanks to them.
It was an amazing experience! My elderly parents were able to enjoy the tour a lot. We walked and learned about history. The bus portion allowed us to visit distant places. Our guide was very well prepared. The agency was very attentive and always communicative. Honestly, I would do it again! Thank you very much.

Jackie was a wonderful tour guide! Great communication before the tour, spoke perfect English and Spanish, and the "Madrid Essentials" tour was designed with all the key spots. Really fair price for the tour, great transportation and she took us to a great cafe near Plaza del Sol, where we had amazing coffee, the famous "chocolate and churros" and great pastries. We are truly grateful with Jackie, super recommended when in Madrid and nearby cities.
