The guided tour was simply impossible to rate in any acceptable way. We started 20-25 minutes late, then lost another 10 minutes because of refueling, and during the tour your colleague took an additional 10–15‑minute break. We only reached the middle of a valley and then returned on the exact same path — it was a complete disappointment. We did not receive anything that your program description promised.

Great experience , easy transfers and very well run.

Very disappointing experience. We went on a 2hr mix terrain buggy trip. We started around an hour late, with poor communication throughout about what was happening or how long we would be waiting. We had to go ask as our kids started to get restless rather than have anyone come speak to us. More seriously, the buggy we were given appeared to have a blown exhaust, making it unbearably loud for the entire trip. Both my daughter and I were left with sore ears afterwards, and I’m genuinely concerned that prolonged exposure to that level of noise could have caused lasting hearing damage. The condition of the buggy was unacceptable and raised a serious safety concern. Vehicles should be properly inspected and maintained before being given to customers. Given the delay, lack of communication and potentially dangerous noise level, I cannot recommend this company. When we asked about why we were still waiting at the start, we were told there had been an issue with a buggy and the tour before was late coming back. When they arrived back, no buggy was checked or looked at, we went out in the exact same buggies. As well as the exhaust issue we had, the buggy beep continuously at low speed stating an issue to do with a liquid. Half way through the trip on a blind hill bend, the buggy in front broke completely and we had to help them into the side as the our guide hadn’t noticed and kept on going. However, saying that, our guide was very nice and good, we don’t have an issue with him at all. The buggy that broke got replaced after about 30mins and we continued the tour but it went very slow (as the person driving it told us) which meant we ended up very far back at one point and couldn’t tell what direction the rest had gone in and had to wait for the guide to come back and get us. When we arrived back at the starting point, the tour guide went straight back out with another tour on the same buggies, so again nothing checked over. We asked to speak to a manager about the issues we had but was told that there was no manager and just to leave a bad review. We have contacted H20 Sports via the What’s App they initially contact you on to confirm the booking to be told, “they would look into the issue” and to leave a review. Our view, is they don’t care about customer safety or service, this is simply about how many tours they can get out each day and how much money can be made. I’m sure there will be other companies doing buggy tours who will do a much better job and for your own safety, I would choose some different from this company. We had thought about doing a boat trip with them but won’t be using any more of their services as I wouldn’t trust any of our safety with them.

The driving off the vehicles, particularly off-road, is fun. They go in a caravan with one guide and 5 buggies. It take a significant amount of on-road driving to reach the off-road area. Once there, the terrain is interesting and you end up driving up to quite a height with very nice views. The trails are rough and requires patience and slow speeds to drive on and will definitely "jar" the body. The guide sets the pace. The return trip was significantly faster (and bouncier). We joined from a cruise ship and the did pick us up at a bus stop a very short distance from the port. The communication on this was very ragged; they were late and we spent quite a while waiting inan area with no shade.

Nice ride. Enough challenge. Stop at a nice view. Highly recommended.

Great route to North of Ireland with stunning views. I had a small issue with guide but the office sorted very quickly. We went on 4 seater and would recommend.

Top experience, definitely plan to bring a sweater for the mid-journey in the clouds.

Was an incredibly fun and adventurous activity. It's worth repeating!

Fun experience. It is regrettable that the round trip to the viewpoint is identical. We would also like some comments on what we are passing through with other intermediate stops. The welcome was basic. A lot of dust, so dress accordingly...

Expensive activity for the service provided. In the end, we spend more time on the pavement than on the trails. Very dusty. No explanation from the guide. It’s a factory. Business comes first with the photo at $15.
