We had an amazing two-day South Coast tour with VJERAN! He was incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories about Iceland’s history, geology, and landscapes along the way. What impressed us most was his professionalism and thoughtful planning. On the first day, he noticed the weather had cleared up and immediately took us to Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach before the weather changed. The next day, we experienced strong wind and rain on our way back, and we were so grateful we had followed his advice. VJERAN told us he represents Iceland, and after these two days, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the Icelandic people through him. Thank you, VJERAN, for making our trip so memorable! We feel very lucky to have met you!

Vjeran was very thoughtful and flexible, especially with rearranging our itinerary based on the weather. Our first day was sunny, so he took us also to the planned stops of the second day. The second day was very rainy and windy, and I was so glad he adjusted the itinerary instead of simply following what was written on paper. We had a great trip with him and really appreciated his flexibility and thoughtfulness.

Vjeran was a great tour guide. He drove safely and brought us to spots efficiently at the best timing depending on the weather. He helped us take great photos even during rainy weather. He shared a lot about Icelandic culture and history. This is an authentic and memorable experience.

5 stars for our guide/driver. I forgot his name(tall guy born in UK with studied architecture), he was really helpful and explained in details all the way. He checked the weather and adjusted the trip accordingly and also make an extra stop at lava field for us to take some picture. He really did a great job. But I can't give full stars due to another ice cave tour. Our ice cave tour was lead by another curly hair guy name Santri? For me this ice cave tour still need some improvement. Santri walked a little bit fast all the way and not even look back to make sure our safety. He might walk through the ice cave every day but not for us. As most of us first time come to this ice cave and might not familiar with the condition. Although this tour accept all ages and didn't require physical fitness but yet not every one would be able to walk fast through the ice cave. Almost 45mins walk for 2 way up/down to/from ice cave, even youngers could sprained their leg or fall down through the walk. Hence I suggest Santri should at least look at back a few times to make sure our safety. For overnight, we stayed in hotel smyrlabjorg a small countryside house. Overall acceptable but yet might need some improvement as well. Still a great 2 days 1 night tour but really need to improve in that ice cave tour.

Excellent trip; Eva was informative, entertaining and very warm.

The landscapes and gletchers were beautiful. But the handling of time by the guide (Kristi) was quite bad. From home we had studied the schedule and knew where and when we would be at the different sites. Our guide made a completely new schedule on the day and did not inform os very well about it on the trip. That meant that we did not get lunch until 3-4 pm (and only if you skipped the site of the big gletchers) in the afternoon and she didn’t tell us so until we asked her when lunch was that she said it was moved 4-5 hours later than expected (we asked at 2 O’clock after already waiting long). The guide had a big English vocabulary but her pronunciation was a little bad and therefore difficult to understand her.
