Abner is a very professional guide. During the whole tour, he shared a lot of information about this country and showed us a very beautiful side of Bolivia. He was also kind and patient in answering every question or enquiry. Even if we met any problem, he was always happy to offer his help. Our stay in Bolivia was nice and smooth thanks to Abner.

Great experience!! Would recommend especially to stay in la Isla del Sol. Our guides Andres and Javier were amazing and helped us every stepped of the way. We got picked up from our La paz hotel and dropped off at the end. We booked out stay for the isla del sol with airbnb (vicentes place) and had an amazing time! Worth it. If you have heavier bags id recommend to do the walk on the first port stop on the island. The stairs are killer. Pack light dont need much anyways. Food was amazing on the island. Las velas and uñtisiwi near the palla khasa view point.

Our Viatour to Isla de Sol was well organized and well worth the travel involved. The place itself is memorable and is definitely deserving of spending a night or two on the island to explore further amazing views to wake up to across Lake Titicaca. Even though we had not realized there are no vehicles on the island except donkeys, friendly locals with boats and of course walking. Definitely worth the effort.

I was able to book this 2day trip last minute with the travel agency at the hotel I was staying at during an unexpected holiday(in La Paz City no car day). I was able to arrange travel through Copacabana and arrange my own hotel at Isla Del Sol and spend day with a late afternoon boat pickup back to La Paz. Anne’s and Ivan were both great guides and clear with directions on how to get from one boat or bus to another. Loved hotel pickup and drop off! Great as a solo older female traveler! Very good trip. Attentions to details, very professional

My experience was very good. I really liked the trip to Copacabana and the Island of the Sun. Everything was very well organized and I really enjoyed the landscapes and the experience. I want to especially thank the guides Andrés and Iván for their attention, kindness, and professionalism, and the travel agent Norma, who was always very attentive and helped me with everything necessary. I recommend this company and would undoubtedly take a tour with them again. Thank you very much for everything!

We did a two day tour to Isla del Sol from La Paz. It is an absolutely magical place and, in our opinion, an absolute must on a trip to La Paz. Also, it has some of the best food we've had in Bolivia! We booked with Bolivia Hop. The whole process was top notch smooth. The communication was precise and abundant. The pick up process ran like clockwork. The buses were punctual and of a good quality with onboard WiFi and charging points + reclining seats. The boat tour was well organised and on time. All in all, this is one of the best run tours I have ever been on. Finally, what set this tour apart was our guide and overall logistics legend: Ivan. Super fluent in both Spanish and English (we were amazed at his ability to deliver instructions clearly in both languages seamlessly), meant that we were fully informed at each step of the trip and never had any doubts about where we needed to be or what was happening. He was also very helpful with recommendations, answering our questions, and sharing top tips. He was always available on WhatsApp for anything that we needed. I have never seen someone work so hard for the enjoyment of others. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! You're a star! Bolivia Hop - give this man a raise!

We arrived in La Paz from Copacabana on New Year's Eve. As anticipated (we had been warned in an email the day before), the city's roads were blocked by markets, and there was no way for the bus to get through. Our guide, Abner, did an amazing job, explaining the situation clearly—that we needed to walk a few minutes to the cable car (teleférico) to continue our journey into the city center. Abner took care of everyone, arranging taxis at the other end to take more than 20 passengers to their different hotels and paying for the extra transportation. One or two passengers were upset about the change of plans, but there was nothing more that could be done. Abner, working all the logistics late into the night under pressure, was impressively professional. We arrived at our hotel around 10:30 pm, with plenty of time to enjoy the incredible New Year's fireworks!

Tour was cancelled due to protesting and road blockades. Reached numerous time for clarification and no response. They don’t offer refunds, only trip credit. Dispute charge with your credit card company. Protests in Bolivia have been getting more intense and increased police activity. I wouldn’t recommend coming to La Paz until the situation improves.
