This was a very bad experience. Today, my boyfriend and I booked a tour with this agency. We were left waiting for one hour for our driver to arrive and then taken to the border to wait another hour and a half for our tour to start. We have paid 300 dollars for the tour - only to have our time wasted. This is unacceptable. We also tried calling them numerous times but they could never tell us when the bus would arrive. I am incredibly frustrated and annoyed. This really ruined the entire Petra experience.
We took this tour from Tel Aviv, it was well organised from both Israeli and Jordanian sides. The beduin camp was great, the food was excellent and we had a very warm welcome. We enjoyed both the jeep trip in the desert and the camel ride at the sunset. Jordanian people are friendly and kind, our guide Annan was professional, prepared and helpful. Petra is majestical, and it happened we visit it on my birthday. Our guide Annan realised it and surprised me with cake (with a view) on our way back! Totally recommended, Nicole & Giancarlo
