Rita was our tour guide and we just found her as we were walking towards Lisbon centre off a cruise ship. I had my parents with me who are both in wheelchairs and we were struggling with the cobbled streets and crowds. Rita was very clear in explaining the different tours she could do and what we would see, and made sure we were dropped off where we wanted so we could best continue our day. She was very patient and helpful with my parents and got the wheelchairs on the tuk tuk. She was very informative, stopped at lots of places to give us information and let us take pictures. She was friendly and approachable. I would try to personally seek her out again next time I visit Lisbon if possible.

We had a wonderful experience on our tuk tuk tour around Lisbon. Our guide, Rita, was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. One thing that really stood out was that she took the time to learn all of our names, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Throughout the tour, Rita showed us many of Lisbon’s historic areas and shared interesting stories about the city’s history, explaining how different landmarks and neighbourhoods came to be. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Overall, it was a lovely couple of hours exploring Lisbon, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about the city while seeing some of its most beautiful sights. Our tour guide, Diogo, gave our family of 5 (kids: 20, 19 & 15) an amazing two-hour tuk tuk tour around Lisbon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and stories about the city & each neighborhood that we never would have discovered on our own. We enjoyed the experience so much that we booked a second tour with him the next day to Belém, and it was just as fantastic. Diogo clearly loves what he does, and his enthusiasm made both tours so enjoyable. Highly recommend booking a tour with him!
