Very complete and well-organized tour. They always respond if there are any doubts, and the day before they stopped by our hotel to present the itinerary to us. The first day's tour includes a visit to the Sacred Valley. They then left us to catch the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo, where a guide came to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The following day we met with the guide to visit Machu Picchu. At the end, we took the train back and a private transfer to Cusco.

Excellent experience, although I was in suspense as to whether the agency would get the entrance tickets to Machu Picchu and we got them at the last minute. Richard is very committed to his clients. I recommend Cusco Andean Tours 100% Tip: schedule this trip more than 3 months in advance.

Mr.Alexander has a lot of knowledge. Also he took cares of my baggage store and next train for Machu Picchu. Mr.Julio,he picked up me at the hotel and took a bus together in the morning. He was my personal guide for Machu Picchu.He is also very professional guide. All my itinerary was made by Mr. Richard. Even my booking was last minute, but he spend a lot of time for me. Choosing Cusco Andean Tour was the best decision to visit Cusco and Machu Picchu! Richard was an exceptional tour guide and covered every part of the trip since we stepped out of the airplane. We had amazing local tour guides (Jessica, Victor and Wilson) I can’t recommend them enough, it was an outstanding service. Our tour was private so they dedicated every single second to us. We were able to take a lot of pictures, my kids didn’t feel well because of the altitude and the tour guides were amazing, knowledgeable and kind with them. My kids also got inspired to know more about the Inka culture because of the tour guide’s enthusiasm when explaining everything. Cusco Andean also offers different tours besides Cusco, we went to Paracas and Huacachina with them and it was also a great experience, super fun and safe. Highly HIGHLY recommended!!!!
