Anil was great!! he was knowledgeable passionate about the local area. He had a great fund of information regarding the history of everything. He was able to accommodate our specific wishes as to what we wanted to see locally. He was friendly at all times, assistive with food allergies. Great guide for grand bazaar . And a wonderful sense of humor. Helped us with specific quest to purchase ceramics, carpets, and jewelry. These were highlights of our trip and forever keepsakes.

This was an amazing tour. Our guide, Sema, was truly gifted and incredibly knowledgeable. Having lived in Istanbul her entire life, she provided a unique perspective on the city’s history and culture that we wouldn’t have experienced otherwise. The tour was well-balanced and never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to take in the sights, along with some personal time to explore at our own pace. Istanbul is an incredible city, and without a guide like Sema, we would have missed so much. Before the tour, communication with Sema via WhatsApp was excellent. She clearly coordinated our pickup and meeting details, which made the start of the day completely stress-free. This was our first visit to Istanbul, and Sema made it truly enjoyable—so much so that we’re already planning to come back. Thank you, Sema, for such a wonderful experience!

Mehmet was a great guide. We covered an enormous amount of Istanbul in 2days. Tried Turkisk coffee. Got great scenic views . Saw all historic sites. English excellent.

Our tour guide was Sabit Kara. He took us around Istanbul for 2 full days. He was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable of landmarks and the city history. He took us to wonderful places to eat (the local eateries not tourist traps) and all the landmarks we asked to see, all while being personable and very accommodating. He also helped us negotiate the art of bartering on our local purchases and guided us in the right direction! He is definitely the friend that we never knew we had in Istanbul.

The guide was knowledgeable but rushed us through the key sights on the first day. He turned up late on both days and we had to be forceful about spending more time at some of the sights on day two. He was pleasant to deal with but I think not really interested in his job anymore. Also the prices for tourists to enter the sights is exorbitantly high which made it a very pricey experience overall!

We had an amazing 2-day tour in Istanbul with Ali as our guide! He took us to all the most famous attractions – including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, and the incredible Basilica Cistern. Each stop was well-planned and full of fascinating stories and insights. Ali was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was especially great with kids – very patient, engaging, and made sure even the younger ones had fun and stayed interested throughout the tour. He also went above and beyond by recommending a fantastic place for traditional Turkish breakfast, which turned out to be one of our favorite meals in Istanbul. Highly recommend Ali if you’re looking for a well-organized, fun, and family-friendly tour of Istanbul!
