Dear, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our service for your journey from Prague to Berlin. We’re glad to hear that you felt safe and comfortable during the trip and that our driver was able to assist you with finding an alternative place to eat. Regarding the closed attractions, we understand your disappointment. In both the product details and the welcome message, we do advise checking the opening hours of museums and other stops, as these can vary significantly and are subject to change. With over 500 attractions offered in our itineraries, it’s challenging for us to monitor each one individually. We hope that despite this, you enjoyed your trip overall, and we appreciate your understanding. We always strive to provide the best possible experience, and your feedback helps us improve. Best regards, Jan
