Excellent communication from the company and driver. Our river boat wasn’t able to make it all the way to Nuremberg but we were able to change our pick up location to the city where we ended up docking. Car was very nice with lots of room
Due to an unexpected change in our plans, we had to request a pickup in a different town. Rudi came and picked us up in the new spot and allowed us to make two stops along the way: Cesky Krumlov (our choice) and then to Castle zamek-hluboka (Rudi’s recommendation). What a great suggestion! Not only was the ride beautiful and scenic, Rudi was also a fabulous driver. It may sound crazy, but the drive was so incredibly smooth- even on the curvy backroads in Germany and Czech Republic, he kept the ride super easy. It was an excellent experience all around.
Dear Colleen. Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad Rudi could adjust your plans and make the trip smooth and enjoyable. Great to hear you loved the scenic stops—hope to travel with you again soon!
Tomas Vicar was on time, not just a driver but a wonderful tour guide. Great recommendations, for things to do and see in Prague. Thomas was easy to talk and made this one of the best travel experiences ever. Highly recommend Thomas.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're delighted to hear that Tomas provided exceptional service during your private transfer from Nuremberg to Prague, turning it into an unforgettable journey. It's fantastic to know that Tomas went beyond just being a driver, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance your visit to Prague. We're proud to have team members like Tomas who are dedicated to providing personalized and memorable travel experiences. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back on another European journey in the future!
Sharing stories and traditions with our driver Pavel! The ride was comfortable and Pavel was an excellent host!
Hi, Amy! We appreciate your kind words. It was our pleasure to assist you with this transfer. We are happy to know you enjoyed the time with Pavel. We look forward to seeing you soon again.
Driver arriving 40+ minutes late. Packing the small car. The smell of cigarette smoke wreaking in the car for the 3 hour drive from Nuremberg to Prague.
Dear Janet, thank you for your time writing this review. However, your feedback is not quite fair we take this as an opportunity to show how we take into account, not very positive reactions as yours. We arranged all 3 rides for you the best way we knew. You've booked a sedan car for 2 travelers during the whole itinerary. You informed us only 24h before the start that you will have twice as much luggage and large FedEx boxes than allowed for a sedan car, and this is clearly stated in the product description. For the 2 first rides, we managed to reschedule quickly and assign a larger MPV car without any surcharge (usually around € 60 more). Our drivers are professional & punctual, and the cars are clean. The last ride was also completely excellently provided by our driver. We investigated and double-checked all the information, and we have to point out that your words are not true at all. Our driver was at the hotel 40 minutes earlier and contacted you, and his car is exclusively non-smoking. We can provide evidence if you are interested. It would be very kind of you to erase this unfair and untrustworthy review. I hope you have a great day, and that we will hear from you again in the future. Many thanks, Romana
Andre was a wonderful driver and tour guide. We would highly recommend using him if you are travelling to Prague.
Hi, Karen! It makes us happy to know you had a great time. We would love to see you soon again in your next European adventure.
Our driver was very careful and knew exactly where to go to get us to some special sites along the way. I would highly recommend Frantisek for any kind of tour or transfers. English speaking from Prague and we had a very nice day. It could not have been better for us. Planning to do another transfer next July already.
Hi, David! Thanks for your comments. We are happy to know what a great experience you had. We would love to assist you soon again.
Thomas was a great driver and very polite. We felt safe with him. He took us to beautiful stops along the way.
