I really wanted an autobahn experience while traveling through Germany, so I booked this transport trip. My driver Daniel arrived on time and got me to my desired destinations. However, there was very little interaction - he never checked if the temperature of the car was sufficient nor did he point out any points of interest (I get this, he’s a driver not a guide). If this was all, I’d say take the experience for convenience alone. However, the car was filthy up front, covered in garbage, and since the driver either had allergies or was sick, there were Kleenex everywhere (the back seat was clean). I fell asleep at one point during the ride and when I woke, the driver was either playing a game or watching videos on his phone. It just didn’t bode well for a safe experience considering the speed at which we were going. Honestly, the trains are easy here and it would have been much safer, much cheaper, and much faster. Take the trains and have more confidence in arriving safely at your destination!

While the driver in question suffers from allergies and diabetes — which may have contributed to the state of the front area — we fully agree that this is not an excuse, and your experience did not meet our standards. We take cleanliness and professionalism very seriously, and we have already ended our cooperation with this driver. He will no longer drive for our company. We’d also like to clarify that our service is not meant to replace a licensed tour guide. While we include stops for sightseeing and encourage our drivers to share local insights where possible, we always inform our customers that drivers are not certified guides. Our focus is on providing door-to-door comfort, allowing travelers to avoid carrying heavy luggage through train stations or arranging multiple taxis — and still enjoy the opportunity to explore local culture along the way. That said, we recognize the serious concerns you raised. Although the service was delivered — on time and according to the planned route — the quality of your journey was not up to our expectations. For that, we are truly sorry. Thank you again for your honest review.
