During the day, the original itinerary was modified at the guests' request, with a visit to Rozman Winery replacing the originally planned stops in Ston and Mali Ston. The driver made every effort to accommodate these requests and tailor the journey to the guests' preferences. According to the driver's statement, no concerns were raised during the transfer regarding the vehicle size, travel comfort, air conditioning, or driving style. Communication between the guests and the driver remained friendly throughout the day, and the guests thanked the driver upon arrival at their destination. We would also like to note that, as part of our standard quality control process, we proactively contact guests during their journey to ensure everything is proceeding smoothly. In this case, we sent a feedback message during the transfer but did not receive any report or concern regarding speed, vehicle comfort, air conditioning, or any safety-related issue. Had such concerns been raised during the journey, we would have been able to investigate and address them immediately.
