We had an excellent driver but he was new to the area and could not provide any information on the areas we traveled through. We were disappointed that a guide was not provided as stated in the tour description.

During the stop, the driver offered assistance and local recommendations, while respecting your preference to explore independently. We understand that you were expecting a more guided experience. However, this service does not include a licensed tour guide accompanying guests during the stop. Our drivers are local professionals who may share general information about the area, but the experience is primarily designed as a sightseeing transfer rather than a guided walking tour. Great trip, our driver struggled with his English but went above and below to communicate and make us comfortable. Two hours is definitely not enough time if you like to shop.
