Do Not travel with Viator. They do not stand by their product and there is no recourse and no one to assist if you run into difficulty! Viator did not fulfill what they told me they would accommodate and I spent most of the time on the tour trying to get a response from a supervisor who NEVER followed through.

The stay and guide was wonderful. Our driver Ali is very nice. Very accommodating trip with kids. Chefchaouen is beautiful.

Awesome experience, Chefchouen and Tangier are such a beautiful, colorful cities with lots of history, Abder Ess was our private driver during our 2 Day tour he is amazing, well experienced, he is very polite and we had a great time during the whole trip, we strongly recommend his service. Our tour guides in Chefchouen Abdo who speaks Spanish and Kahlid in Tanger in English were great, they shared lots of history in a very easy way to understand an they capture our attention the whole time.

Hamid, my tour guide, was phenomenal. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very solicitous of making my tour memorable. I only had one full day in Casablanca, but Hamid made sure to cover all of the significant highlights. I would recommend this tour if you’re on a tight schedule. Also, I had contacted Premium Tours about a problem with what I thought had occurred with applying my payment for a ride back to the airport the following day. Mr. Youssef El Kiram called me from Morocco to personally straighten out the payment situation! I am grateful for his prompt response. This is an excellent way to enjoy the city.

We can’t speak highly enough of the attention to detail, clear and timely communications and warmth and hospitality we received during our 2 day tour. Amin and team, tailored our trip - complete with Chefchaouen local guide Mohamed, and a Riyadh experience at Dar Gabriel Chefchaouen. Our day in Rabat was also remarkable with local guide that shared personal family history and took us places with spectacular access to sights. Amin, we are grateful for your insights, kindness, humour, and friendly Moroccan way. Unforgettable. As suggested, dinner at la Sqala was delicious and live entertainment a hit!

The driver, Adil M147, was very kind and great. I was able to spend the long journey comfortably and it was a fulfilling trip. The town of Chefchauen was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and I couldn't spend one night there. It is recommended to stay overnight in crowded areas during the day, as they are free in the morning.

We were picked up punctually at the requested time at our hotel in Casablanca by our driver, Medhi, and began our journey north. My husband and I had plenty of room and were quite comfortably in the spacious Mercedes Sprinter! We enjoyed watching the scenery roll by or stretching out to take a nap while Medhi drove us safely and pointed out a few notable sights along the way. He made a stop for a delicious lunch and a couple of other stretch/bathroom breaks during our trip. When we arrived in Chefachouen, Medhi brought us to our hotel and waited while we checked in. Then he drove us to meet our guide for a city tour which we had arranged separately on our own. We had a fantastic leisurely afternoon and delightful evening in the Blue City. We requested our pick up time for the next day and Medhi again arrived punctually and drove us comfortably back to Rabat where he made a few sight-seeing stops for us like in the medina where we had another delicious lunch, and at the beautiful masoleum. Then he dropped us off at our hotel in Rabat as we requested. It was a perfect transfer to the Blue City with personable service all along the way, thank you!!

I was concerned about our pickup and drop off as it was not round trip Casablanca, but both worked out perfectly. We were picked up at a riad near the Casablanca airport by our driver/guide Abdel, who arrived at 7:30 AM for our 8 AM departure in a very nice 6 passenger SUV for my friend and me. As luck would have it, there was a rural, weekly farmers market on our way to Chefchaouen. What a colorful site with hundreds of donkeys carrying produce and people heading to the market. We would have liked a nicer riad but the location was ideal to explore the narrow lanes in the amazing old medina. Abdelhamid was very accommodating and made it a great and memorable trip! This was a very good tour. The driver/guide was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. He made the trip enjoyable. The only piece missing is that it would have been good if the tour included an actual tour of Chefchaouen. This tour included being dropped off in Chefchaouen and having the afternoon and overnight to see the city on your own, but you are free to set up something separate if you want a guided experience there. The tour did include a guided experience of Rabat, which was great. There was flexibility and ample time to see the highlights.
