In the morning, taxi pick-up is included from your hotel, note. Only if you live near the train station in Delhi. First we booked a hotel that was not included pickup from because it was too far away so we changed the accommodation to another near the train station where our trip would start the day after. 05:00 with pick up that worked great. Hard to know how much to tip because we in Europe do not have the custom of tipping but we gave 10 usd to the guide in the Taj Mahal, 10 usd to the guide Yash Saini in Jaipur who was also absolutely amazingly competent and our calm driver also got 10 usd. I think tips should be included when the trip is so expensive! The trip changed on the way home so we didn’t go by train from Jaipur to Delhi instead. Note the train to Agra / Taj Mahal the first day so it says that it will include breakfast, we got 2 small biscuits and a cup of tea so felt cheated on it. The train was also not fresh, it is better to go by car. Bring your own breakfast to the train at 5:00! There was also going to be dinner on the train home from Jaipur to Delhi but there was nothing about that either because we went by car instead, I would probably not have wanted to eat dinner considering the so-called breakfast of 2 biscuits. I think the train staff took our breakfast and gave us 2 small crackers instead. The hotel in Jaipur was wonderful and absolutely fantastic! The guide in Agra will take you to places to buy things, tips ask to avoid it! Ask for the guide Yash in Jaipur because he was clearly the best!

Prior to arriving in India, Raj provided all the necessary information and made sure that any question I had was answered promptly. Once we arrived in India, everyone we met and worked with was extremely helpful as they guided us through the entire process. One thing that I really appreciated was that we were provided pictures and contact information for each person who was going to meet us at each point hotel pick up, train station transport pick up, tour guide, etc. and that provided a great deal of comfort.</p>
