Worth it even if you have to ride in the car, but the camel ride to the camp makes it all worthwhile.

the trip was truly impressive and incredibly divers. We experienced so much and are very very happy with the hole journey. The bus drivers and tour guides Idris and Masir were extremely friendly, helpful and always in a great mood. They were always open to having a friendly conversation and made everyone feel welcome. Ee can wholeheartedly recommend traveling with these two. The desert camp was beautiful as well. The camel ride was amazing ant the camp owner was incredible open, friendly and welcoming. We slept so well under the starry sky. But don't forget to bring along your own towels ;-)

Our experience began with a pickup from the riad that took us to the meeting point where the van with our guides Driss and Jamal was waiting for us. The experience starts with the journey: Driss and Jamal know how to include you in the journey with music and smiles. The itinerary included scheduled stops based on the group's needs and visits to points of interest. Waiting for us at the end of the journey were the dromedaries that took us to the campsite where we had tea, ate dinner, and watched a traditional music performance. In the morning, after watching the sunrise, our guides took us back to Marrakesh, still providing stops and visits.

Coming into the trip knowing nothing about what I was doing except driving 8 hours into the desert I didn’t expect much. But wow were my expectations exceed ten fold. The drive to and from might have been just as fun as the destination itself in the Sahara. Our guides told us to many cultural places that were amazing. The destination itself was so cool especially the camels. Big plus, there were showers for us there at the luxury part.
