Avoid Bled Shuttle ! I rent a bike for one day, and after 17km my left pedal fell off while I was riding. I called the contact number written on the bike, and I was accused to be responsible of the breakdown (because I "stood on the pedals") I was charged to bring another bike. They didn't want to admit their fault because "the bike was checked by professionnals". If you want to find a professionnal that don't accuse its clients for its own mistakes, try elsewhere !
Usually we dont reply to the reviews but here we will.. : We hope you feel better now when you left bad reviews everywhere. When you rented a bike you signed up bike rental agreement where it says that bike change is 25,00 eur for distance 15-25km from the rental location. Your location was 20km away from the place you rented the bike. What you did on the way when you cycle, we dont have a clue but we offer you other bike for a 25€ delivery fee without charging you for broken pedal or whatever. You agreed with that fee. We even didnt cover the drivers hours due to heavy traffic passing lake Bled. When our driver delivered the new bike you checked it and tested. As I got info you were not so "soft" with testing gears and brakes on the excange location. We wish you all good in your life and if you will run your own bussiness remembered what you did here. Bled as destination do not need this kind of guests so next time when you are planning a trip please avoid Slovenia.
