The reception and stay was excellent. The room was awesome with best facilities to remember. The food was awesome. We enjoyed the food and particularly the services and will remember the same in a long time. However the experience of being returned to the port and transported to the vehicle became so painful particularly for an elderly person like me that I would never forget it. Even though our host was trying to fix the things it seemed he had no control over things and he didn’t realise that shifting boats and landing at unauthorised location and then not finding right vehicle in terrible heat demonstrated lack of empathy

Very nice suite, staff was over the top in service, food was exceptional, and the 360 views of HaLong Bay were amazing.. I can' recommend this experience enough.

I booked a 2 day trip with Tracey who was very helpful. I really enjoyed That trip but wish I had booked for three days instead of two. The tour offered lots of activities, but I preferred to just stay on the boat & experience the serene calm calm & exquisite beauty of HaLong. The boat was beautiful, the food was very good & the other passengers were interesting too.

Beautiful scenery, the Seas Cruise was ok, nice food, comfortable beds, and friendly employees. The Halong was really amazing. Small villages living afloat, and Vietnamese people selling almost everything in their small boats.

It was my second trip to ha long bay, not my last. The 1 night cruise was great fun, next time i will do the 2 night cruise. Lots of places to see and explore, food was good and the night so tranquil. Look forward to my next visit to this stunning place on our earth
