The 2 -day blue badge tour was a dream come true for my wife and myself. We have been Beatles fans for over 55 years since we were young teenagers. We saw sites that you do not see on a 3 hour Beatles tour. We had several very personal experiences. From going inside Paul McCartney and John Lennons houses and sitting in the rooms where the greatest music for us had been written. To visiting Strawberry Field and meeting the original drummer of the Quarrymen. To visiting the true beginning of the Beatles at the Casbah Coffee House. From speaking to people that knew the boys intimately, this was our dream of a lifetime come. Special thanks to our Blue Badge tour guide Neil, whose knowledge and upbeat personality made this trip very special. Also his son James who helped us plan this trip as well. If you want to experience a personal tour of a lifetime, this is the company you should do it with. It is worth every penny you spend to do this privately. My wife has some special needs and Neil made sure no part of our 2 day journey together was nothing but FANTASTIC. Thank you again. We hope to be back for some additional tours. Our sincere est thanks.

Fabulous value
We did the 2-hour walking tour.
Despite intermittent rain we had a great time for just over 2 hours led by the charismatic, entertaining and knowledgeable Jenna.
She asked if we wanted history, architecture or music and we said all three and that is exactly what we got.
We entered a few buildings - all worthwhile and had more or less non-stop flow of fun facts and stories.
It was great to be met at our hotel and to finish at a venue of our choice.
A great way to see the city at the start of a visit so you know where to return to.

Superb Liverpool Tour
Fantastic tour and a wonderful way to see Liverpool at it's best. I really can't thank Neil and Claire enough for their communications both before the tour commenced and Claire during the tour. Claire is a fantastic tour guide and took us to places we had requested to visit, she was informative and friendly, sharing her knowledge about all Liverpool's remarkable sights. I would not hesitate to book with Brilliant Tours Ltd, next time I'm in the area.

Knew within first 20 minutes it was worth every penny
Neil was very knowledgeable and helped us to enjoy the tour despite terrible weather. 2 members of our party were unable to do the tour so there were only four of us in the end. We intend to do the tour again with all 6 of us next time and really look forward to doing it all over again because it was so good the first time round!
The transport was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone! Do it!!

Walking tour
We spent a fantastic morning with Patrick guiding us (in the rain) around Liverpool. He was really knowledgeable and interesting and gave us a great insight into what Liverpool was all about.

Wonderful insightful view of Liverpool
Neil was very accommodating and flexible to fit in with our plans of visiting Liverpool. He gave us a fascinating tour of the beautiful and interesting city enabling us to enjoy ourselves as well as broaden our knowledge. Such attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends and would be keen to book any other tours carried out by this company.

A must experience when in LIVERPOOL!!!!! Oh yes
I enjoyed the whole experience, the tour guide (Neil) eye for detail even communicating before the tour began, ensuring we all knew the meeting point, very attentive to our needs
Out tour guide background knowledge and historical knowledge shone through his LOVE of Liverpool culture and life...Will I come back again YES these tours are recommended and long enough to enjoy the rest of your day!!!!!

Wonderful day in Liverpool!
Went on a full day private tour with Neil covering Beatles sights, historic Liverpool, football grounds, Port Sunlight, New Brighton, ferry across the Mersey. Fantastic trip, saw so much and Neil was so knowledgeable about everything Liverpool and the Beatles. It was a real joy and Neil was great company. Steve
