Great last second booking. Booked the morning of. Driver (name started with an S) was really good. There was a couple that made us delayed 3 different times. Overall delay was an hour combined. They need to be more strict with people or be willing to leave them behind. Bring cash for tips too as driver didn’t have digital methods to tip.

Lake Louise needs more time than 1 hour. Moraine Lake was fine. Finding the shuttle was difficult. Our kind driver was late because of a passenger but Viator didn’t communicate with all of us roaming around the lot trying to find our shuttle. Finding the shuttle after Lake Louise was again difficult as the shuttle left after dropping us off and we got to the lot before it was back. The shuttle was small, cramped, and full. Overall, we had a gorgeous day to see both lakes but we needed more time, a more comfortable ride, and clearer communication.

We understand how frustrating it can be to be waiting in a busy parking lot without clear information. Please also note that parking capacity at these locations is limited for commercial operators as well as private vehicles, and we are required to follow the guidelines and regulations set by Parks Canada.
