Do not book with them. It’s a SCAM

DO NOT BOOK, This agency is a SCAM! I was meant to be picked up at 5am on the 18 March 2026 but the operator DID NOT SHOW UP. I’ve called the number on file and messaged thru WhatsApp but no response. If you were scammed by this agency, report it to Turkish tourist police.

18 March 2026. Booked it online before the trip, I’ve had email confirmation. On the day it says pick at 5am, an hour later no one has picked me up. Called the number and WhatsApp messaged, hotel receptionist also called, no answer. Unreliable agency DO NOT BOOK!

We think it's a scam. They never replied to the confirmation of the reservation and they have not come to pick us up to do the activity.

We had an amazing sunrise balloon flight with Cappadocia : Hot Air Balloon Flight Basket Size 15-18 Person |Çat booked through Viator. The views were stunning, the pilot was very experienced and friendly and the ground team were very helpful and friendly too. This experience flies over the Cat Valley, but was a much more pleasant experience and less frantic than some of the other operators. The price was also a lot more reasonable than some other operators. Highly recommended.

First of all I always use Viator this time was very bad experience. They never picked us up for the ballon ride. Woke up at 4;00. We were notified about 5:30 the ballon was canceled. We never used the tour. We saw many ballon’s up in the air

I think it's super irresponsible that they didn't go through me. I've been waiting since before pickup time and they never arrived

I was picked up at 4:00 in the morning. At the destination, we waited a while because it was a little too windy. Finally we were able to take off. We flew over a beautiful landscape. Everything went well. It's beautiful!

Watching the Valley of the Roof stretch below us as the balloon soared slowly was untold. Everything was so quiet, peaceful, and flowing that I thought time had stopped. We felt so special, thanks to the friendly approach and attention to detail from the crew. Must be at the top of the bucket list in Cappadocia!

We brought our two kids for this ride and it was the highlight of our family trip. The crew was incredibly patient and sweet, helping our kids feel comfortable and excited. The views were jaw-dropping, and we captured some beautiful family photos. It was safe, appealing, and magical from start to finish. If you're traveling with kids, don't hesitate—this is a memory-maker for all ages!
