We stayed 2 weeks as a private round trip. In key points our experience: - very nice hotel selection by Authentic Adventures - perfect support throughout the entire journey by Ms Hang and Mr Son via WhatsApp - necessary information was always provided in advance and requests were answered immediately!! We were always well informed!! - guides and drivers were always on time, very friendly and competent - with our own organization of the trip we would never have experienced and seen so much! - so far we have always organized our trips ourselves, after this very positive experience, I would always go back with this agency! - once again a big thank you to Ms Hang and Mr Son; this is exactly how an agency has to work!! All the best and good luck!

Wonderful service. Polite and well informed tour guides. In all the places transportation arrangements were excellent. No waiting in any one of the places. From airport pick up to drop all the arrangements were fine.

Authentic organized the most amazing holiday for my daughter and I. Tran responded to every enquiry we had quickly, both during planning and while we were in Vietnam. Typhoon yagi hit 3 days before we were due to fly Hanoi, we were unsure what this would mean for our holiday but Tran sorted everything out and we could still do everything we wanted to do and the locals really appreciated us still showing up. Do yourself a favor and book with Authentic - the local guides they use in each destination are also fantastic!

We were well-served with a personalised itinerary to suit our preferences!! Both my mun and I enjoyed the trip the excellent service provide by Tran from Authentic. He was very patient in tailoring the itinerary to our preferences. The tour guide are awesome and the are passionate in their jobs.
