From the time we were met at the airport to begin a 13 day tour of Turkey from West to East we experienced nothing but outstanding professionalism and engaging moments. I cannot say enough about this trip and we had quite possibly the best and most informative guide, Mehmet Kayici whose knowledge of his country and engaging presentation made our experience none like it. Our driver Harlan was also amazing and kept us safe throughout the trip.

Well organised tour highlighting the best of Turkey. Our guide Irem and driver - CENGIZ were the best. Very knowledgeable and provided interesting information about every tour stop to see the incredible sites of Turkey. They for only 4 travellers in our group do we were able to experience a more personal tour. So many highlights with the WOW factor. We enjoyed our 3 nights on a gulet enjoying the islands and swimming in the see. A hot air balloon flight in Cappadocia is a must and well worth the early start. We highly recommend this tour and highly praise our fabulous tour guide Irem and driver CENGIZ who drove us safety around the country.

This trip was amazing! It was the first time we had ever traveled with a group and thanks to our wonderful guide Fatih Karci, it was a great experience. He is so knowledgeable about the history of Turkey and his love for his country shines through! Plus, he shared much about himself so that we really enjoyed getting to know him on a personal level. The trip covered such a wide range of attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the gulet cruise where the crew and the food were absolutely amazing! Also, Cappadocia was the experience of a lifetime! And Istanbul is filled with amazing beauty and history. Fatih did a wonderful job of keeping us together and yet trying to meet each of our individual desires. Also, we felt incredibly safe with the driver of our van. He truly was skilled at navigating the busy roads.! The accommodations were very nice....clean and with great healthy breakfasts at each. The food in general was really awesome and Fatih picked fun places for us to stop along the way. This tour covers a lot of miles but well worth it to see so much of the varied countryside. For us, this truly was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. Thanks to FEZ travel and Fatih Karci!

Tour was guided by Eda. She is a brilliant girl explaining each details We had 6 persons in group and each of them like Eda. Eda made our journey so enjoyable.

FEZ Tours did a really good job organising our tour. we mixed with other Kiwis and Aussies who joined and departed our tour at various times, which added another dimension. A great bunch of people, and top marks to our guide Tamer. He was professional, incredibly well organised, and kept us informed and entertained (great sense of humour). He was always looking after our welfare, finding a nice bit of shade to tell us about the amazing sights of Türkiye. His commentary and descriptions brought Türkiye to life for us. Our driver Hakim was a careful and professional driver, always helpful with a ready smile. We had a range of accommodation, including the intriguing boutique cave hotel at Gamirasu, always comfortable and stylish. A highlight for me was visiting the war fields of Gallipoli, so poignant and revered by the Turkish as much as the ANZACs. A surprise was the white calcium terraces at Pamukkale, stunning in the bright sunlight, looking like the terraces were covered in snow. Be advised: Türkiye is BIG! so enjoy whichever part you are visiting, and don't miss trying a delicious Turkish coffee and some halva.

I had the pleasure of traveling with Fatih Karci from Fez Travel as my guide during my recent trip to Turkey. His expertise and dedication truly made my journey an unforgettable one. Fatih’s knowledge of hidden gems in Turkey is unparalleled. He took me to places I wouldn’t have discovered on my own, each location rich with history and local culture. His ability to answer every single question with accurate historical facts was impressive, adding depth to my understanding and appreciation of the places we visited. As a vegan, finding suitable food options can be challenging while traveling. However, Fatih went above and beyond to ensure that I had access to delicious vegan food throughout my trip. His efforts were particularly commendable when we were on the road, even in remote locations, where he managed to find great restaurants that catered to my dietary needs. What stood out the most was Fatih’s availability and willingness to answer any questions, regardless of the time or place. His commitment to providing a comprehensive travel experience was evident in his actions. In conclusion, Fatih is an exceptional travel guide whose passion for his work shines through in his service. We booked through an Australian Travel Agency and our tour with Fez was only for 10 days. The guide, Tamer, was excellent and helped make the trip a success. He was very efficient and organised things in advance to make our entry to sights and hotels very easy. His knowledge of all the sites we visited and general knowledge about Turkey helped make the visit interesting and his English was excellent. The small size of the group, 12 people, and the comfortable minibus with an excellent, careful driver, Mujdat, meant we had a comfortable trip. Water available un the bus at all times was much appreciated. Most of the hotels we stayed in were very good although the hotel in Istanbul was disappointing and the dining room at Pamukalle was not a pleasant experience.

I met the most amazing people during this trip!. Usually my trips are solo as I'm concerned the other travelers will not be to my liking, but this gang made my experience so enjoyable they probably mess it up for the next group. The guide named Tamer was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He was incredibly attentive, informative, knowledgeable, and catered us to a fault. We were happy with the accomodations provided, and him along with the driver made sure the ride between long distances were not as grueling as otherwise would have been. All in all I'm very pleased with how my first (but not the last) to Turkey turned out. I give it a 5 out of 5 but mostly thanks to my compadres, to Tamer and the driver as well.

We just returned from Turkey with Orchun and our driver Mudjat. In Van with Adam. We had a wonderful time and I definitely would reccomend them as guides and tour company. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that some of the drives were a bit too long (as pointed out in tour description) and also as described I don't care for the sales pitches at the different places. But that is me and it was all foretold. Excellent dependable company and nothing went wrong the whole trip. Learned much about the culture and people and history of this beautiful country.
