Our tour guide, Hector, was very attentive and helpful, stopping to explain what we were seeing many times. He made all of our transportation transfers and street food samplings easy and smooth. Due to the national holiday and local festival weekend, the crowds of tourists were huge, but Hector was so familiar with the area that he found ways to get us out of the crowds occasionally. I appreciated Hector's understanding of the symbolism in the art we saw, that has shaped the mindset of the community. Comuna 13 is a fascinating place, more so than we had ever imagined. The transformation that has happened in the years following The Violence is truly inspiring. We are still processing it. Great tour. The view from the top as the sun went down was incredible.

This was the best tour yet for Medellin! Such a great experience to learn about this artist community! For those in later years, There is a slope and some stairs so wear stable shoes and pace yourself. The Guide was very kind!

An absolutely fantastic way to explore this fascinating part of Medellín. The Communa 13 district is one of the most amazing places we have ever visited and this tour gives you a great interactive experience whilst learning about its history and culture. The tour guides English was at times difficult to follow, mainly due to his passion whilst explaining things, however he more than made up for this with his knowledge and infectious personality! All in all a thoroughly enjoyable way to spend 4 hours - thank you!
