This tour is a must do if you’re in Medellin. I did the evening tour and it was wonderful. Our tour guide Andres was informative and polite. He’s so kind and helpful. This journey is steep, so wear comfortable shoes and prepare your taste buds for delicious Colombian snacks.
Andres was a fantastic guide - really friendly, made us feel comfortable, looked out for us and our vegan options and taught us a lot about Comuna 13. You meet them at Garden Coffee beforehand which is also a great please to hydrate before and after
It was an amazing experience, Kevin was the most genuine guide who did a great job in sharing with us the history or that community and Colombia. The talent of the habitants of Comuna 13 was unreal. The highlight for me was the impromptu rap artist, out of this world! Street food was also amazing. I am conservative when it comes to food but I loved everything!
