Don’t book it . It’s disorganised , there’s hoards of people and queuing and unless you go straight to reception to get a fast track badge you will be queuing for hours . There is no organisation whatsoever. The stewards are stressed and cannot help given the hoards of tourists . I had to wade through queues and queues of ppl once given my fast track ticket ( no separate queue for fast track ) which annoyed ppl already queuing) then to be met by a steward at the end of the queue where we had to explain everything again . The meal was average and chicken tasted processed . What was supposed to be a 20th wedding anniversary meal was nothing but stress and disappointment. The waiters indicated this happens all the time as no one communicates with each other ! If this happens then why not do something about it ! Poor effort by Viator and their agents as neither are providing a refund blaming eachother . Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and don’t book ! Awful companies to deal with .

Completely disorganized, non communicative and lack of guidance. Find a better option who can guarantee these things. We met another couple who bought the same package and they were incredibly disappointed too. Spend your money elsewhere.

The dinner was good with a great view of the tower and fountain show. Way too much waiting in line to go up and not much to see at nighttime looking down. I'd recommend a daytime visit to actually see Dubai. Also very crowded at the observation deck.

More than 3hrs waiting in the queue for 15 mins on the 124th floor and then more waiting to come back down and have a lack lusture meal and then buy drinks. The view is spectacular, but be prepared to spend at least half a day for the experience.

Whoever listed the voucher on Viator has horrible Communication skills. We’re sitting at the reception at the mall and can’t get the tickets. The vendor then gets contacted via 6 phone calls and a message and does NOT respond. When the tickets were finally made available, the restaurant was closed and we missed the dinner. You should NEVER host anyone or sell anything if you don’t respond to communication. This by the way needs to be refunded

I booked the Burj Khalifa with lunch, got my confirmation, and even received a reference number. Everything looked perfect… until we reached the entrance. With my family of five, we were stopped, asked for a QR code I never received, and told to step out of line. Embarrassing and frustrating. I called Viator, and after a back-and-forth, a lady on WhatsApp first promised to send the code, then within two minutes said there was a “technical issue” and told me to just buy new tickets directly. No apology. No explanation. Just a last-minute cancellation. Because of this delay, my entire schedule was thrown off. We had other plans lined up, and I even missed the sunset at the dunes, something I had been looking forward to. Instead of enjoying our day, we were left outside stressed, out of pocket, and waiting for a refund that will take 5–7 business days.

We found the To The Top ticket collection point on the LG floor of the Dubai Mail and redeeming the voucher was easy. There was about a 15 minute wait to get the lift to the top. The views just after sunset were fantastic with Dubai under it's street and building illumination there are plenty of photo opportunities. The downside to the trip was the approx hour plus wait for the lift to get back down, so depending on time of day be prepared for a slow crawl to the 2 lifts. The restaurant we booked on the 3rd floor food was great and attentive service from the staff was very nice to see.

Beautiful experience, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the evening 3 courses. We paid for alcoholic beverages which cost roughly the same as everywhere else in Dubai.

The Burj Khalifa itself is undoubtedly a marvel – stunning architecture and incredible views. That part of our experience was truly memorable, and we would absolutely consider returning just to visit the tower again. However, the specific premium tour package we booked – over $700 USD for two people – was unfortunately not worth the cost and left us very disappointed. The package included dinner for two and access to the 124th, 125th, and 154th floors. What we hoped would be an exclusive, premium experience turned out to be far from it. What went wrong: 1. Lack of Clear Directions: We assumed the tour would begin at the base of the Burj Khalifa itself, only to discover (after quite a bit of walking and confusion) that we had to enter through the Dubai Mall. This was not clearly communicated beforehand, and the detour added unnecessary stress and fatigue at the start of our experience. 2. Disappointing Dinner: For a package billed as premium, the dinner was anything but. It was extremely underwhelming – on par with a very basic sit-down meal, and far from the caliber one would expect at this price point. The food selection, quality, and ambiance were all lacking. 3. 154th Floor Access Denied: One of the major reasons we chose this experience was for access to the 154th floor. While our reservation clearly indicated this inclusion, we were denied access at the venue. Even after showing our tickets and speaking with staff, they would not honor it. This was the most disappointing part of the evening, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. Overall, while we’re glad we got to see the Burj Khalifa, we strongly feel that this particular tour package does not deliver on its promises. The value simply isn’t there, and we left feeling let down.

There are very nice views. And great elevator ride(s) both going up and down. There are lots of people but moves along quickly.
