The lift to the 124th floor was extremely fast. Exhilarating ! The views over Dubai spectacular. I highly recommend a trip to the 124th floor

it was a great Experienced with world tallest tower, i have been at 124th floor and view from there is Amazing. Highly recommended.

This company told us that the tickets are available so we bought it on my mothers birthday as a gift but when we arrived there the works told us that the tickets are not valid. When we called the tour agency they told us “sorry we forgot to inform you that the tickets are unavailable for your chosen day” so we were left without any experience on my mother’s birthday.

I accidentally bought tickets to the Burj Khalifa for the wrong day. I called this agency to change the tickets and they said there is nothing they can do for me. The customer service agent was rude and did not listen, she kept saying that it was my mistake. I admit it was my mistake but when I booked the tickets it said that you could cancel or change the booking. I was not given either option and had to waste $165 AUD. I'm sure the tour would have been worth it but the agency has no sympathy for people and do not listen at all. Not customer oriented.
Thanks for your response. The agency has to comply with the policies of the management of the attraction. Though it was possible to change the booking before the tour but The booking passed the date of amendment when you realized it is the wrong date. Your booking could have been saved if you had re-scheduled your tour from the front desk. but you did not opt for it and we were equally disappointed for not availing the service.
The tower is really great to visit. The view is amazing. It’s a good experience. It was a disappointment that the time we had reserved wasn’t available. We got a message from the organization on the day we had the reservation. We though it already was arranged because we bought the tickets 2 weeks before. That was a bummer!

AVOID this operator if you can. Booked ticket after checking availability. A day later they informed time slot not available. Ayesha could have confirmed the same day, but waited until next day (my last day in Dubai) to let me know about this. Very disappointing.

We pre-booked tickets to avoid any stress or excessive queuing on the day, but unfortunately, despite us checking beforehand, the tickets were not in the correct format and weren’t initially accepted at the ticket desk. It was sorted promptly by the company following a frantic phone call from the desk, but it was noisy, stressful and any time we would’ve saved was wasted trying to sort this on the day! The Burj Khalifa is very impressive but one of those sights that once visited I wouldn’t rush back to do again - entered via a huge mall, incredibly busy, lots of queues and unable to move for people taking selfies!!

My online ticket was not issued by the local tour operator , so when I arrived at the ticket desk of the Burj Khalifa they would not accept my booking confirmation form or my name and insisted that I go to the mall information desk to borrow a local phone to phone the local tour operator. Fortunately a very kind and helpful mall security gaurd borrowed me his mobile phone to phone the local tour operator and asked them to WhatsApp me the ticket with QR code . Two major issues with the experience Very unhelpful ticket desk at Burj Khalifa and very unprofessional of local tour operator to issue my tickets after our 3pm booking time . The observation deck was very professionally run , given the large number of people visiting .
