The itinerary, meaning millage, theme, exclusions and inclusions are visible to customers before they book. The tour is not intended to customers who struggle with longer walks, historical sightseeing or in general comprehensive tours which is the word used in the tour description.

Carolyn our driver waited at the designated location for 40 min holding a sign with your name. You were provided with the vehicle photo, pickup instructions, and multiple messages and calls via the platform and outside the platform none of which were answered. When a guest cannot locate their driver, they are expected to contact us immediately. Since two seats were reserved for you and the lack of communication severely affected our operations and other passengers, we are unable to issue a refund. Stating the clear facts of what occurred during a missed pickup is not being rude.

Distinguishing basic facts from political opinions requires active listening, which was missing due to your inattentiveness. ​A 3-star rating over misconstrued nuances is simply unfair—especially after receiving extra tour time and complimentary transport to the pharmacy.
